The hotel is in a prime location in Asakusa, near Senso-ji Temple and close to a shopping district. The hotel itself is extremely clean and much roomier than some of the other hotels I've stayed in Tokyo. The staff does speak English and were absolutely helpful, especially when I wanted to send a package back home, they helped arranged everything. The breakfast was amazing and the dining area had a lovely view of the sensoji pagoda and Tokyo Skytree. All in all, this is now my go-to stay whenever I plan to be in the Tokyo area again.

The warmth and comfort of home!”
This hotel is the best we have stayed in on this, our 9th trip to Tokyo, and first since early 2020. Great staff who are so helpful, excellent rooms in size and comfort with all necessary extras like toothbrushes, etc. Only 200 meters to the famous shrine in Asakusa and very close to train stations. All the shopping and restaurants you could wish for and very reasonably priced for a 4+ star hotel.

Excellent location for the price”
The hotel is in a great location in Asakusa, close to Senso-ji Temple and a shopping district. The hotel itself is spotless. The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area overlooked the Sensoji Pagoda and Tokyo Skytree. Nothing to complain about the room. Overall, this is now my go-to place to stay whenever I return to Tokyo.

Almost excellent!”
In Asakusa, there is perhaps only one other hotel that compares to this hotel and we have stayed in at least seven hotels in this area of Tokyo over the years. It has everything we want in a hotel - large, very contemporary rooms, great staff and access to all the many excellent tourist amenities that Asakusa has to offer in the way of shopping, eating, drinking, sightseeing. Our only tiny disappointment was that its mattresses - sadly a feature common to the five other hotels we stayed in during this trip - were very hard to lie on. Not at all like those in similar American hotels. However, that does not diminish the quality of this hotel at all! Great place to stay!

Nice hotel”
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Good bathroom, very comfortable bed. Easy to use TV service to select room cleaning service for the following day. Laundry services, vending machines, microwave available on certain floors. You can even use the TV to see if any laundry machines are available. Only downside is that you have to use two different sets of elevators to get up to your room. The first set is shared with stores/restaurants.

Good central tokyo option”
Pretty much direct from Narita on the keisei sky access, the hotel is in a great location for wandering - 5 mins walk from Senso-ji, and opposite a huge Donki store. The hotel itself is great. I’ve stayed at the Oshiage one in the past and this is pretty much the same - loads of free toiletry products, free coffee, clean quiet rooms, and friendly staff. The only issue really is the lift. The hotel is above two very busy restaurants and a uniqlo, and the lift is the only way of getting out of the hotel (the stairwells are blocked off at certain times of the day for some strange reason). This means that sometimes you’ll be waiting for 10 mins before being able fit in the lift. Other than that slight niggle though, good hotel choice.

Some day, you can get a special deal on the room (I paid just a bit more than APA/Super Hotel), which is a great value! The staff is very friendly and one of the best hotels that speak excellent English. When I get a great deal, I will come back again!

Just perfect”
Despite locating next to Sensoji, the room was unexpectedly quiet. Room was clean and large for couple. Staff were very helpful. Facilities were adequate for long stays. In short, perfect for our trip.

The staffs were very kind, location was good(being located within 10 minutes of two subway stations, very near the popular streets of asakusa and don quijote), the rooms were small but clean(most of the hotels in tokyo are this size). I would def want to revisit this place!

Extended our stay here. The staff offered to bring our luggage to the new room. Laundry machines were on three different floors too which was perfect! Free coffee at the reception floor. The room was very clean and the view from this hotel was superb!

Super comfortable for 2 adults + 1 child (9yo) convenient location and 5 mins walk to sense-ji and nakamise. Will definitely stay here again.

Good location in busy and crowded Tokyo”
Location is walking distance 7-10mins in the midst of Aksakusa so food n drinks n shopping not an issue. Hotel has good buffet 2,500 yen is very reasonable. Coffee machine 24hrs at the end of reception is great. Japan is always an efficient country that one is never satisfied to be travelling once. But if u like very crowded & busy places like Shibuya , Shinjuku then this is not suitable.

perfect location in Asakusa”
We booked a triple room , which was really good for a family (3 adults). Everything is perfect (location, breakfast, staffs, views). We will definitely come back when visit Asakusa again.

Our favourite hotel to stay at Asakusa. The view from our room are sensoji temple and Tokyo Sky Tree. The facilities are complete, from laundry and microwave. Surrounding area have many stores 24 hours. Definitely tokyo hotel at its best

Asakusa is a convenient train ride from Narita or Haneda airport. The hotel is in the center of the area surrounding Sensoji Temple. Location is great, hotel is excellent and staff is very accommodating. 5 stars.

Staff were really helpful and friendly! Checking in and out were very easy and straight forward. Location is perfect in Tokyo where it is near to the Sensoji Temple and other sites. Halal restaurants were very near and places to buy souveniers are also nearby.
