Excellent Hotel and Location”

Located within a stone's throw from Daimon Station and within eyesight of the famous Tokyo Tower! You will be given a starbucks card for your breakfast. Very accommodating to travelers with bicycles. Good sized rooms! Overall great stay and would definitely book them again!

Great Location”

Who doesn't want a hotel with the Tokyo tower as a backdrop? A stones throw away from the subway and offering a great view of the tower once you step outside. Has plenty of decent restaurants around it. Very bike friendly and the room was well sized for Tokyo.

Best Deal in Tokyo”

We could not believe it after staying in six other hotels in Japan. SPACE!!! Our room had a couch and a Queen bed, and yet cost us less than anywhere else we stayed. It still had the typical hotel "bathroom in a box", and things were pretty compact. However, everything was well thought-out so we were comfortable and could even easily pack up for the airport. The hotel was well-located near the Tokyo Tower and a quick walk to the subway and the monorail to the Haneda airport. We enjoyed breakfast at the attached Starbucks. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. They even provided a free cell phone to borrow. Too bad that we did not discover this hotel chain earlier

Great staff”

The hotel was clean with a Starbucks next door. It is across from a train station. What made the hotel great was the staff. They went above and beyond to not only check us in quickly but also try and help us find a restaurant on a cold rainy night. They even let us borrow an umbrella. After 30hr of traveling it was nice to have friendly staff. Everything was clean and we were satisfied with our 1 night stay.

部屋のWi-Fiが無線も有線も最悪な状況で、部屋でビデオ会議ができず仕事に影響しました。いろいろなホテルを泊まっていますが、部屋でビデオ会議ができないレベルのホテルは久しぶりでした。

フロントのサービスの方は親切で丁寧でとても好印象です。 清掃は☆3で、お部屋のシミ(拭けばとれる)やお風呂のカビ汚れが多少気になりました。 お部屋からは見えませんでしたが、一歩外に出ると東京タワーが見えて素敵でした！ また、機会があれば宿泊したいホテルです。

研修で宿泊しました。”

慣れない研修で、通勤は大変だと思い同駅のリッチモンドホテルさんにお世話になりました。 ですが、周囲のロケーションも素晴らしく増上寺に東京タワーにと観光も出来てしまいました。駅やコンビニも近いのにとても静かで穏やかな気持ちで過ごせました。何より毎日１回のスタバでアイスコーヒーのベンティが頂けて大満足でした。ありがとうございました。
