Good room. Not far from Ayala
Good hotel. Warm water in toilet. Room was with a big comfortable bed. Big room. I liked the guards outside the hotel, always smiling and helpful. Slow WiFi. Remember the road outside is 1 way, if you want to go shopping or eating at Ayala shopping center you better walk up to the main road (Go left, standing your back against the hotel) ) otherwise the taxis must go go around and it will be more expensive and take longer.

Nope.
There are hotels around the vicinity that offer better services at the same rate. The surrounding area did not feel safe at night. Lighting in the room (and comfort room) was terrible. You couldn't even use the mirrors because it was too dark. We had to turn on the emergency lights and TV to give us lighting since the window was only around 2x2 ft. The voices from the other rooms/ outside could be heard. Despite booking and paying early via Agoda, when we arrived at 9am, we were allowed to check in only at 2pm (standard check in time) because the "the room was still occupied" according to the front desk. I guess they shouldn't have let us book and pay for the room if it was still occupied. If we knew it was occupied, we would've opted for another room or place. So we were left with no choice but to leave our luggage at the front desk and go to the nearby mall to wait til the room was "ready." The lobby was too dark and had no air-conditioning (or was turned off at certain times, it was 9am at the time). Staff experience was okay. They weren't friendly, but they answered questions politely. We chose this hotel mainly because it was near Ayala.

location, big rooms, value for money
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. room was spacious for 2 and they have a strong wifi inside the room. no coffe/tea making but you can request for a thermos. ref inside the room. aircon working well. cr quite old but ok. the hotel was centrally located to almost all tourist points. about 10mins walk to ayala mall. hotel rate was truly value for money. the food was quite average dont except too much.

Ok but all that good
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are polite, helpful, kind and knowledgeable.
Pleasant, but no hot water in the mornings, just luke warm. There are no bedside lamps so at bedtime you must turn the lights off at the door then fumble your way to the bed. WIFI is ok but a bit on and off. But staff were quick to reboot the router. Not a bad place for one or two nights but there are better places close by for the same price or cheaper. Bed linen changed every day and was always crisp and clean. If you atay here ask for room at the back as it noisy with street traffic. 2.5 out of 5 for me.
