One of the few places on Khaosan Rd I’ve been to that had bug free beds, clean, refurbished, rooms are a tad small but that suits me fine. You can get cheaper on this road of course, but if you prefer something nicer this is the one now

Really enjoyed my stay here really friendly staff on reception, checked in and room was great set back a little from kaoh san road although mire or less rite at the end of the strip. Roof top pool was excellent and over all enjoyed my 1 night stay would defo reccomend and would stay again next time im in bangkok!

This hotel DOES NOT HAVE BATHS. It is incorrect on Agoda and was very annoying when I got here and found out. However that's nothing to do with the staff and facilities which they do have, which are fantastic. The man on reception when I checked in on Sat 11th December was amazingly sweet and helpful.

small room, noisy place and the wall isnt soundproof (can hear alarm clock from next room) BUT comfortable to transport, meeting friends, attend a party and relax. I very love the shower it so softy 🚿 They also have a swimming pool at the top and cutie flamingo swimming ring 🦩

Finding the place you might easily walk over and some of the customer servise speaks not so good english BUT very friendly and we have solved every misunderstandigs exellent. The rooftop swimmingpool gives really good chance to cool yourself from 34 degrees sun heat :) everything is close and there is always friendly guard in front of so you can ask anything. Definitely recommend!

Very nice service and clean rooms. Rooms are also big. Location is also good but there are clubs outside hotel and very noisy they won’t let you sleep. Till 2AM. But overall my experience was great will go there in future. The staff was very friendly

The location is excellent. Khao San Road is very lively at night and you have access to pretty much everything you might need. The staff was polite and welcoming. Our two-night stay was comfortable and this hotel is recommended.

Nice hotel but not understanding about booking error ”
Lovely pool, nice room, nice staff. Great to have a fridge, but a kettle would be a definite plus. I like this hotel, but I made a mistake when booking and accidentally booked a day earlier to check in and out. I messaged the hotel as soon as I realised, explaining the genuine error and saying that if they would allow me to change the date without being charged, then I would book an additional night at the end of my stay, so they wouldn’t lose the revenue either. It took 4 emails from me for the hotel to confirm that they would not show any understanding to human error and would still be charging me for the accidental night booked. They replied immediately about the query about extending my stay, but refused to comment on the date change request. This was so disappointing. I understand policy, but mistakes happen and it felt like they only care about money, hence being so keen to conform that I could extend my stay, but doing nothing to try to help me solve my error (yes, my fault).
