Location is great
Rooms quite small, the showers water pressure very week, staff not very helpful, and the tiny TV belong to another century. There is not much noise from the outside comparing to other hotels on Kaosan Rd.

Great location for backpackers!
Great location as it is located on one of the busiest street in Bangkok. Abundant of pubs, clubs, restaurants and street food within a few steps from the hotel. Cleanliness and service were acceptable and met expectation. Will consider staying here again if the rate is good.

good
In general, it's good. it is located on Khao san road, in the old BangKok, it's hard to connect to bts from this hotel. you can walk to grand palace (1.7 km) anf walk to phra arthit to get on Chao phaya express boat ( connect with BTS AT sathorn Pier - saphan taskin)

Better than I expected
I was reluctant to book this because of the location...literally ON Koh San Road, but needed something quick and convenient. It's actually tucked back a little from all the madness and was actually very quiet in my room. The room itself was cleaner than I had expected too. Luckily the staff were fluent English speakers which was not expected but definitely helped since I was having some other issues when I arrived. This rooftop pool is a nice touch but I only got to use it for about 30 min. The area was clean but the pool itself needs better filtration or cleaning...there was a very visible layer of dust and sunblock on the surface. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this place and would recommend if you want to be in this part of town for a day or two.

Stuff is horrible!!
The only really good thing is the pool... For hangovers or really hot days. But the stuff is arrogant, really unhelpful and so unfriendly!! You pay so much but it's even to much to ask to get a hand with luggage or to get toilet paper.

For party goers
Do not stay here unless you want to be in the middle of a party all night.

Great hotel but not for a single guy
Very comfortable hotel. However, very strict rules on guests. If your planning on having a guests then my advice is to try somewhere else. If your just after a comfortable hotel on koasan then this must be one of the top pics

“Great place with convenient access to money changer, travel agency and 7 Eleven”
The location is very convenient. At the entrance of the building you can find a money changer on the right, and a 7-Eleven on the left. Rooms are decent. - Horrible WiFi - Staff were Normal not too friendly no too harsh. - Cafes and cheap food and booz are availble just outside the hotel. The pool can be used by guests from 9am to 9pm. I had a great stay here and wouldn't mind staying here during my next visit.
