Great hotel. Outstanding service”
Very comfortable hotel, quiet and a little out of the old city. The staff is truly excellent - Cheerful and anticipating our needs. My wife thought this was the best hotel she had ever stayed at with respect to service and hospitality, finding it difficult to find a counter example, I am inclined to agree.
Family with old folks too”
The place and room are super duper clean, the breakfast is good, the staffs is friendly and good. Everything is good. The staffs help us plan our itinerary prior to our arrival and they are all very patient and helpful. Thank you so much to them.
High Recommended, Super Friendly & Kind Staff, Super Clean & Tidy Hotel”
We, me, husband, 2 kids (6 and 8 years old) and my parents in law, were staying here for 4 nights (we booked 1 Family and 1 Superior room) and we were overwhelm by the friendliness and kind staff (Mr Ray, Ms Kwan, Ms Nan and so on) of the hotel, that follow up on everything and helpful, it was a great and happy stay and experience staying here. We also engaged their driver to bring us around Chiang Mai and I would say it was worth it, and thank you for bearing with me, with all my questions and also help me out to plan our itineraries. In addition, this is a super duper clean hotel and tidy, definitely suitable for family with kids and old folks. We will definitely come back and stay again if we are planning to visit Chiang Mai again. :)
Great hotel in ChiangMai, I will come again”
Great place, not far away from old city center. Breakfast and tea are good, with delicious local fresh fruits. Staffs are always helpful and smiling.
Excellent boutique hotel ”
Great facilities, well trained staff a d great service, ideal location convenient for shopping yet quiet and tucked away, sumptuous breakfast and snacks included, as well as free bicycles to use. Very nice pool also.
Can’t wait to go back ”
From the moment we got there till the moment we left the staff was incredibly kind and helpful!! The hotel is beautiful, they provided wonderful breakfast options. They were also very accommodating with our plans the day of check out, allowing us to store our bags till we left for the train station, offering us use of the pool, lunch and dinner service, as well as a place to shower before our trip! We have literally already started saving so we can come back!!
Absolutely wonderful ”
We stayed in the family suite with our two kids ages. 7&9. The staff was kind and absolutely wonderful. Resort was very clean. Food good. Only con was the pool water was cold so the kids didn’t want to swim but that gave us more time to explore. Only a 5 minute walk to the night bazaar.
We stayed there for 2 nights and we really loved our stay there. Short walking distance down town. The breakfast was excellent and the whole staff was super friendly and helpful. So, defiantly 5 star out of 5.
Urban Oasis ”
Lovely place with great staff, a good pool and nice rooms. Location is also good, although it's so quiet and relaxed you'd never know you're only 5 mins walk from the night market area. Chiang Mai is a great place, and I would stay here every time.
Kudos to the staff and immaculate facilities. If you enjoy wonderful service with a smile and very comfortable clean accommodation, this is your place. Can't say enough good things about Rimping Village!
We had a great stay at Rimping Village, the staff was lovely, it was spotless and the pool was great for cooling off after a day of activities. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Chiang Mai, you won't regret it!
Traditional Thai village hotel”
Breakfast to be improved and facility in room to be upgraded (like usb charging/ more lighting control etc)
Friendly helpful staff. ”
Good location a short walk across a bridge from the night market and all the bars and restaurants. They have high quality city bicycles you can borrow for free. Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. While we were given juice and freezing towels on arrival they took the oppotunity to sumarize all the major things to see and circled each one on a free map.
Im totally in love with this hotel, its peaceful, quiet, lovely, yet a short walk away from the hustle bustle of the night market. Staff is caring and sweet, they got me a surprising birthday cake with a little birthday note. I will be back here in my next trip to Chiang Mai for sure!
Great little place with perks”
Awesome hotel. Not too busy as not a big place so was great. We had a family room which was massive with the biggest bath tub I've ever seen. Restarting was good food but not at the inflated prices hotels usually charge. Breakfast buffet was great and afternoon tea supplied free was good. Free airport bus. Can't fault it at all. All the staff were very helpful. Just a short walk over the iron bridge and your at the night markets. Great hotel.
Our 3 night stay at Rimping Village was great. The room (Rimping Deluxe) was so spacious and being on the ground floor was close to the pool and dining room. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. The free afternoon deserts and treats were lovely to eat in the dining room or at the pool. The area around the hotel is quiet and its an easy 10 minute walk to the night bazaar across the Iron Bridge.
A Wonderful Oasis”
Well landscaped and maintained, quiet but within walking distance of the Night Market and Old Town, good breakfast, nice rooms, good AC, nice swimming pool, very friendly staff. This was our second time staying here, probably will not be our last time.
Location Location Location ”
Ripping Village is a hidden gem Close to supermarket & variety of dining just 5 minutes walk Set across the river it is calm & quiet but easy walk to old town if after night life Staff & service excellent all facilities you need for a city stay Would stay again & happy to recommend
Wonderful return visit!”
Rimping village has been my choice over several years of visiting Chiangmai. Consistently wonderful staff, service and good choices for breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this jewel of a place.
Quiet location, sleepy town ”
There was an initial mix up with our pick up by the hotel which meant we were at the airport waiting for about 40 minutes. They were very apologetic but make sure that they note your arrival in their log book when booking this. Fast, efficient check in. The rooms were kept clean and fresh drinking water was provided daily. Breakfast was good - it was a buffet but you could get fresh eggs cooked to order if you wished. Not too far from the night market to walk although walking anywhere seems to be alien to the tuk tuk drivers who will ask if you need a lift. We got rides to the old city for either 60 or 80 baht depending if we were going/returning from inside the old city walls.
