Best bang for your buck”
The rooms are a little outdated but quite adequate & very clean. The bedding was firm and sheets exceptional that makes up for a lot. A beautiful riverside restaurant on premise, a nice pool & garden make this hotel the best deal in Pak Chong at $20 per night.

Charming little hotel. It had everything that we wanted. I would say as it’s near the road it may be a bit noisy sometimes. A slide was put in when we were there which made days by the pool even better. Staff was all very lovely

Very clean hotel”
This is very clean hotel, but their facilities are old which are acceptable. You have to take off your shoes before entering the building and wear their sandals instead. The receptionist was not really informative when we checked in, he just collected the money and gave us the room key with no explanation on the direction to our room, however when we checked out another receptionist gave us some local fruits to take home. Overall, we're satisfied of the cleaness of this place and its location.

Nice little place with a rustic touch”
The Rimtarninn Hotel is a nice little place in Pak Chong which is near Khao Yai national park. The hotel is great for the price. It is in the town, a fair way from the park itself though. I was welcomed warmly. The building looks quite modern from the outside, but has rustic touches inside. There is a pool (which I didn't use)and a small garden. There is a stream at the back which was nice to sit by on a hot day. I stayed for one night as a transit point and it was perfect for that. If you were visiting the national park, it would probably be better to stay closer, or at least have your own transport to get there. I couldn't find anyone in town offering tours of the park, which was a bit of a surprise.

Nice staff but they don't speak English”
pak chong isn't exactly the cleanest place in thailand but this hotel does a great job of making the best of it. i actually had the best pad thai in all of thailand in the lobby of this hotel and it was only 60 batt! in the mornings, their breakfast is ordered for you and the eggs and toast were pretty good. although the staff does not speak english they are very sweet and try their hardest to accommodate you. the bed was comfortable and the hotel was in walking distance to the train station and the bus station. if you want a great tour guide call, we had an amazing visit to the khao yai park with them and they'll pick you up right from the hotel. enjoy!

Booked 2 standard rooms with an extra bed (5 adults), and my parents liked it very much!”
Some parts of the hotel are renovated, kitchen and dining area are located outside (which are huge) and has beautiful view, has swimming pool and massage chair (free), spacious and clean hotel room, located just beside main road so it's easy to find, approx 800m from Pak Chong night market (walking takes 10min), 4 star for facilities because of the small lift (max. capacity of 5 persons) and no hair dryer. Overall we are very satisfied with the stay.

I stayed in the Rimtarninn Hotel with two Dutch friends. I booked online for two but we went three. However, when we were there, the price for the third person is very fair and the service of the extra bed was lightning quick. I would go back again.

Nice Hotel”
Room spacious, on 5th floor, facing a gas station and the main road of Pak Chong. Clean and practical hotel. Had a good night sleep. The corner where the TV, fridge and a dressing table would better with some lighting, otherwise the room is dim. Breakfast is simple and adequate with a few options. Coffee option is only instant. Didn't use the small swimming pool which looks clean and could be refreshing after a day's travelling. Nice flowering garden.

Great Staff and facilities”
This was an older, yet charming hotel we stayed in. Breakfast was typical, nothing special however. The staff at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful. The room was larger than expected. Again, a little older looking yet didn't feel uncomfortable. Would encourage people to stay here if they wanted to be near Khao Yai, yet in Pak Chong.

Very handy hotel with great overall service”
i am thankful that i booked this hotel as the luxury bus which i travelled on dumped me at a caltex petrol station rather than the bus station as expected. there are no taxis or tuk tuks around this petrol station. luckely the hotel is only 250 m down the road turning right out of the caltex station - so an easy walk. the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. the riverside restaurant was pleasant and reasonably priced (including the wine), but the waiting staff were slow and did not appreciate the urgency of getting a fan to blow the mosquitoes away from my ankles, thinking that delivery of a bucket of ice had greater priority. in the absence of a taxi, the hotel arranged for one of their staff to take me to the relevant bus stop for my onward journey at a very minimal charge. i shall definitelt stay there again if i'm in pak chong

Nice hotel with friendly staff”
i stayed 2 nights and the room was fine. reception staff had a smile and were very helpful with questions, and setting up the internet for me at a terminal they had in the lobby. the breakfast was not a buffet but a choice of 4 different 'sets' brought to ones table by the catering staff. it does not provde evening meals. rimtarninn was not the cheapest hotel on my tour of thailand, but the quality was equal to the cost in my opinion.

Feel like owner - management. A good choice to visit Khao Yai NP, one stop for all service, pool, car or bike rental, night club, night market, nice breakfast by the river. cool with reasonal price. A little tip, just request a corner room to get a larger space.

A good value, budget hotel”
We had booked 3 rooms through Agoda and one more by phone but (due to my mistake) we still needed extra child bedding - no problem for the helpful staff. Small but safe garden for children, very small pool. Breakfast is from a limited menu, not a buffet - food 'adequate'. The riverside restaurant attached to the hotel was good. Location is on Pak Chong high street, but it wasn't noisy at night. Bus station is short walk, better if you have your own car - we chose it because it's central for the national park, vineyards, farm, floating market etc. Khao Yai park is approx. 20 Km South. Overall, an adequate hotel, and reasonable value.

perfect for what was needed”
Was a place to sleep during a mountain bike event on Khao Yai Tieng just up the highway. Check in was painless. Room was a good size as was bathroom. Watch your toes on the step though. Its quite high and I kicked it in the middle of the night on the trip so to speak to bathroom. Breakfast was ok - enough to get you up and moving at least. Carparking is pretty cramped but at least its there. 711 at gas station right next door for other supplies. Restaurant across the street did mean pizza and cold beer. Plenty of other items on menu as well. Shower was weak though. The only item i would liked to have been better to be honest. Its nothing fancy but its perfect for where it is and what one would be doing up there.
