Close to Bangsal Harbor”
Stayed 1 night before we had to get a boat back to Bali. ~20 minutes from the harbor. The room was nice but make sure you have a lot of mosquito spray, they were very prevalent in the outdoor bathroom throughout the day and heavy at night. We slept with the fan on (no AC) and the door and windows open bc of the heat. Just make sure you have lots of bug spray. The bed was comfy enough and the food was good. The beach here was really nice and had black sand. Transportation to the harbor felt a little expensive at 150,000rph given the distance.

We enjoyed staying at Rinjani Beach Eco Resort. It is a peaceful & quiet place to relax. Located directly at the beach with a nice pool.

Remote, pristine location and personalized care.”
location: First, Lombok, an unusually unspoiled island, a brief 90 minutes or so flight from Jakarta. Then there's Rinjani Beach. It may be an extra 30 minutes to get there from the airport, compared to the busier stretch of resorts further south, but it is was worth it. Next, service, service service. Because of my job, I spend about about 2 months of the year in hotels. And Rinjani Beach Eco Resort is on par with - and in some ways above - some of the 5 stars I've stayed at. They arranged for pick up at the aiport with a friendly, and highly competent driver (Andi). Upon my late arrival, Willy, the resident manager was patiently for me and made sure I was quickly and comfortably checked in. The next 3 days were among the most relaxing I've experienced in a while. Guy, his partner Malee, and their staff were so attentive and kind throughout my stay, that when I left it wasn't just the comfortable and idyllic settings that I was going to miss.

I fell in love!”
I loved staying at Rinjani Beach Eco Resort! It was in the middle of nowhere which made it super relaxing. I loved that the resort sits right on the beach front. There is even a tree swing facing the ocean :) My favorite part was the beach because it was clean, empty, and quiet. It was like having your own personal beach. Rinjani Beach Eco Resort is more of a backpacker style with bungalows that have outdoor bathrooms, but it was comfortable. The staff were friendly and very attentive. It was easy to rent a motor bike or pedal bikes for the day. You can also schedule a massage on the beach front during sunset. I am a country girl and I just fell in love with it. Of course the ATM's, shopping, and restaurants aren't nearby, but if you want peace, relaxation, and quiet you can't go wrong staying at Rinjani Beach Eco Resort!

Very nice place!”
We had a very good time at Rinjani Beach Eco Ressort in the honeymoon Bungalow directly at the beach! Remi and the stuff are very friendly and take care of you. A driver picked us up from the airport, although it was very short planned to come there. It is definitely a place to relax and enjoy, to hang out on the pool and the beach. One day we were almost alone at the ressort. Breakfast is simple but good, for dinner and lunch you can choose from a variety of food (indonesian, pizza,...). We can also recommend to go on the snorcheling trip to the Gilis. It was well organized and our guide was very nice. and Warum nicht? :) Thanks for everything, it was the best place to arrive in Lombok!

Quiet area, nice rooms and amazing staff”
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Rinjani Beach Eco Resort. The location was secluded which was nice to relax. However, given the location, it was easier to have your own transport if you did want to go sight seeing around the area. The beach huts were clean and well maintained. We did however think it was a little bit hot and muggy in the evenings without air conditioning. The manager of the resort (and all the staff) were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager took the time to help us plan the rest of our Indonesian trip as we needed a few suggestions. The staff weren't too busy at this time so even cooked up a fish for us that we bought at the market!

Beautiful hidden gem”
Best place ever, great and friendly staff that did everything in their power to make your stay dreamy. The bomgalows are locaed right on the beach, so you can the ocea. Clean and so beautiful surrounding. We got a car to pock us up at the harbor, rented a scotter on sight and hired a private boat to take us to Gili Air on our departure. When I come back to North Lombok, I will one 100% stay here again. Thanks to everyone at Rinjanin Eco Beach Resort.

Cool place on the hot beach”
I only stayed at Rinjani Eco Resort for one night but it was very enjoyable. The Rinjani beach was right there before my eyes and i could hear the wave in my room. All the rooms are built in traditional style using bamboos and straws. The room was cool enough that we didn't need any fan or any other cooling devices in that matter. The Open bar was very cool and Wifi was strong.

Perfect getaway!”
I enjoyed my time tremendously staying at this resort. Was very quiet and peaceful and quite lucky to have the placeto myself for a shortwhile. Very clean and staff were friendly. Highly recommend the diving team that’s associated with the resort too. The only thing i would advice is to take the Bluebird taxi instead of the resort’s driver. Did not appreciate the way he drove and for the same price, Bluebird taxi drivers drive cautiously. But overall, highly recommend the resort if you want some bit of quiet and peace.

Personal friendly service & great value for money”
We were delighted to be so well received after a 2 day trek up and down Rinjani. We were housed right by the beach in a second-floor room with a great view of the ocean and a very comfortable, quality bed. We enjoyed sunset drinks with two couples we made friends with on the spot. We had a light dinner-gado-gado from the room service menu but served to us beachfront- a nice touch. THe outdoor shower and hte spacious deck/verandah brought the outside in.

Splendid quiet place”
This place is like a gem of heaven sent. Located about 100 minutes by car from the airport, it is located off the main road towards north of Lombok. Even the taxi driver has difficulty finding this place. Located off the main road, the way there is about one km of untarred road making travelling very shaky and dusty as there is a about three inches of sand covering the path. Once you reach the resort, you will be greeted with the friendliness of the staff and the Belgium manager. The beach is just right at the resort itself. There is a nice swimming pool. quiet seas and a nice place to look at the stars at night or the sunset/sunrise. I would not hesitate to go back there again but hopefully, the road will be tarred this time.

Really nice place and staff”
Nice bungalow-style hotel next to the beach and with swimming pool. Relaxed and cozy atmosphere and nice and attentive staff. Managers explained us that they just "inherited" the resort management a couple of weeks before our arrival from the previous manager, who suddenly left, leaving them a couple of keys and many problems to solve, including that reservations through AGODA did not work at all. So, we arrived there quite tired and found ourselves without having the room that we booked. Fortunately, managers offered us to stay in a higher priced bungalow but paying the same rate than the one we booked. They were really attentive and took really good care of us on everything we asked.

Ideal”
Amazing. Higly recomendable. The personal was really kind to us, and the facilities were great. The resort is beatifull and build with an eco-minded just in front of the beach. Sunsets were great. The breakfast is delicious too.

quiet, secluded location on a private beach”
The resort is not easy to find, but once you are here it is a secluded paradise. We extended our stay immediately upon arrival and were very happy to enjoy hanging out beachside. Staff are very friendly and helpful, as are all the locals we walked past in the area. They will call a meter taxi or organize motorcycle rental if you want. The included breakfast is substantial, with choice of toast or pancake plus eggs, fresh fruit, and tea or coffee. The on-site restaurant is handy and fairly good value, though we most often ate at the great Anna's cafe, which is a 15 minute walk away (10 minutes on dirt path, then 5 minutes left on main road, just past the Honda dealership). You will hear the mosques early in the morning, but other than that it is quiet and on a private beach.

pleasant and close to nature”
It was very pleasant stay despite of issues with the toilet on the first 2 days. I will appreciate more if landline is provided for contact since it was really difficult to call for many times, especially during urgent times (when I am lost, for example). But overall, I am really happy with the hotel. The beach in front of the hotel is not crowded at all, and often I swim there by myself. Beach is also quiet, so this place is a perfect getaway. But, downside is, transport is a bit difficult if you really on public transport. Taxi from Senggigi cost you IDR 120-130K. Near to crossing to Gili Trawangan, taxi to that dock cost around IDR 35K. Definitely recommended, and I will go back again if I have the chance.

Satisfactory stay.”
Location is isolated on a grey beach. There is nothing of interest in walking distance - just a few rice fields, roadside strip town with nothing to buy, and the natural ungroomed beach. Fortunately, the on site restaurant has reasonably priced and acceptable1 food. The bungalows are thatched roof huts, with no airconditioning, no TV, no tea/coffee making in rooms and attached bathroom with part sky views. Rooms have mosquito nets around the bed, fan and balcony to sit on. There is a small swimming pool. Staff were polite and rang taxi cars for pickup if required. This is a place you stay to get away from a busy life - or to rest during a long trip overseas. I was there to attend a wedding nearby and would have preferred more comfortable facilities for my three night stay. It was OK - nothing special. I thought it was overpriced for what it offered. It appears you may have to pay much more on Lombok for better and more comfortable facilities and a cleaner beach.

Perfect tranquil hideaway”
We had a fantastically relaxing couple of nights here and would have stayed longer if we could. A small, peaceful and lovely place, set right on the beach and away from any kind of big development or shops, it is a great place to unwind and find peace. Sit in the sun, swim in the nice little pool, relax in the comfortable chalets (the ones nearer the beach are bigger and better, but the smaller ones set further back are still very pleasant). The food was excellent, too, with one of the best rendangs I had the whole time we were in Indonesia. The only thing I would be wary of is staying during an Islamic festival - the 5.00am call to prayer at the nearby mosque is unbelievably loud (and long) during festivals, as we found out...

It was just what I was looking for and needed. ”
I rented a beach front traditional bungalow. It was very private and superbly relaxing. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The snorkelling right off the beach was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful fish and coral. Meals were great. Read a book in the hammock on the deck. Small resort but Easy to meet people here. Quiet. Thank you.....

Only stayed one of four booked nights”
If you are looking for complete isolation from towns/villages/restaurants/bars and just be on a small property right on a darker sand beach then Rinjari might be just what you are looking for. I had brought work to do and the WiFi was not working. Also they are a cash-only property, no credit cards accepted, so you need to show up with a pocketful and there is no room safe. The only ATM was about a 2 km walk from the property and was out of money for the long holiday weekend. The ATM's in Senggigi are almost 40 minutes away by taxi! If you get one of the beach-front villas (even though only one is actually on the beach) you are living well. The rest of the villas are farther and farther from the beach. Farthest from the beach are the inexpensive backpacker villas and, finally as far from the beach as you can get, the villa they gave me. None have AC so the breeze off the water is what cools the villas as they all face the water; all of them except for the one they gave me which was not only far away but had its back to the water and was stifling hot. If you do book here be sure to get a villa on or near the actual water. No WiFi, cash-only and the worst room at the property meant I checked out after one, hot and noisy night (maybe the water drowns out the noise if you are close but in my villa I listened to barking/howling dogs from the nearby farms all night long!). The owner David is very nice and tries to help but there was nothing he could do for me. The property is about two hours in a taxi from the airport; be sure to have enough cash for the two taxi trips plus every foreseeable expense at the property. Everything costs money, there isn't even drinking water in the rooms. I love to camp and be outdoors; I will not go back.
