Truly exceptional and most untypical, this hotel offers almost everything that is lacking in 99.9% of SE Asia: peace, comfort, cleanliness, genuine service and reasonable value. Although few visitors without a vehicle will find it readily accessible, its ordinary, surrounding neighbourhood represents no hazards.

Surprised by how much I enjoyed it here. Courtyard and trees in front make morning coffee (provided) really enjoyable on the balcony. Weight room has a professional grade squat rack. Was really surprised by that lol. Nice staff. Only it's not near any public transport.

The staff was so helpful during my stay. I had some issue with the internet and they promptly moved me to another room. The staff was very friendly and kind. This was probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, absolutely spotless. Bed was a bit firm for me but I think thats normal in asia but the bed sheets were very nice quality. Thank you!

Good hotel for longer stay”
I stayed here for nearly a week for a course and it was good for that purpose. Very clean and super nice stuff, great location for me. It's more a business hotel not so much recreational. I had a big fridge, lots of space and a balcony. Will come again when I stay in that area.

Calm place”
I had a good time there, quiet, calm, clean and comfy. But do not expect to get much work done with the wifi. It broke down for couple of days (which can happen), but this is an open wifi (no encryption), access codes are renewed every 3 days, you need to type them again every couple of hours and in the evening, the bandwidth become too low probably due to the lack of QoS/amount of people.

Nice Fine - Like an Oasis”
It's not fancy, but it's just very pleasant! You'll be surprised. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Honestly, I'd stay here for a month at a time. I didn't get a chance to use all the facilities, but I intend to stay here again.

Very good value. The main tourist attraction and the river ferry is only a 5 minute red 'Bartbus' ride away at a cost of 8 bart. The food in the restaurant is very good and very good value for money. The rooms are spacious and bright. Highly recommend

Rio Monte is a great room for the evening, especially if you need to be in the Riverside area and don't want to spend a lot of money. There is also a nice pool and fitness area.

Room was HUGE! Air conditioning is very cold - perfect!! WiFi leaves a lot to be desired however, and I would have extended my stay here if the internet had been more reliable. (I work remotely and good WiFi is KEY for me to operate.) Location is a little bit out of the touristy areas, which was fine for me since I enjoy my peace and quiet. Swimming pool is okay, just a little old. Overall, a solid deal just as long as inconsistent WiFi isn’t a dealbreaker for you.

Clean and calm in a local environment ”
Very clean, no bugs. Located in a local community with no important tourist attractions around, it is quite convenient if you use Grab and river transport. Many local street food options around. Internet not very reliable. The lady at reception is very friendly, the other receptionist don't smile or greet at all. The cleaning staff was very friendly and worked thoroughly. Wifi not always working. All together nothing special but I like staying here on stopovers in Bangkok several times a year.
