Great place overall”
Accessible place, walking distance from stores/groceries/fast food. Tricycles and jeepneys are available once you turn the corner. Place is not hard to find. Friendly and attentive staff. Check-in was a breeze. I just showed Agoda receipt and they started readying the room. There's a 100 peso deposit which they'll give back when you check out if you didn't take or destroy anything from the room. Room was clean. There's a chair, table, tv, AC, pitcher and glasses, tissue paper, garbage can, shampoo and soap, towels, and hangers. No hot showers but it's not that big of a deal if you're not staying too long. There is a lounge on the ground floor and on the second floor where I stayed. Don't know about the other floors. There's also a hot&cold water dispenser on my floor. Mostly a quiet place, but gets too quiet at night that you can hear your neighbors. It's not that bad though, unless you're unlucky to have a screaming kid beside your room. Helpful staff, they politely answer any questions and try to help you out. They also volunteered to help bring my things up so I don't have to carry a lot. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and if you're looking for a cheap hotel near the city, this is a nice place.

Hotel location is great since its at the heart of Legazpi, Municipal Hall is just 3 mins walk. Has a safe parking space, although 1 car at a time can pass thru. Hot water is available at the reception with additional charge of 5 pesos. But overall i will recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay overall”
It has a homey vibe and the sheets were clean and fresh. Transportation is also not a problem as the it is very accessible from the place. Mostly, our destinations were walking distance and I felt safe even there were no street lights. My only concerns were their "cable TV" that has only 2 channels tho (GMA and ABS), which were also very static btw. Toilet flush was also leaking.

Great room for the three of us. We had enough space and location is near town center. If staying here, you must go to the (4th) floor or the roof top. The view of mt Mayon and the town is spectacular!!

Value for Money”
Stayed for 8 days and 7 nights. There is no heater in the restroom for standard room but not indicated. The water in the restroom is mostly color brown, sometimes it's clear. Even after using it for 4 days already, water still becomes brown. The shower is working. The television is working but not clear on most channels. The personnel are friendly and approachable except the one from the night shift whenever he was asked to restart the internet. The internet from the 2nd and 3rd floor reaches inside the room but do not expect for a good connection it is mostly not working. It requires restarting to work, then a couple of minutes, it won't work again. Very intermittent connection in any floor or in any router. You cannot work inside the room, 80% not working and 20% working, even you are connected to routers in the 3rd floor or 1st floor. Data is hard in the location. The AC is working good, it can achieve its purpose. There is a working table and a chair in the room. There is also a place to put your things. So far so good. Main issue is only the internet.

location is good - near the airport and also walking distance from the park, city hall and other restaurants. room size is decent, has good amount of space to walk around. there's a water dispenser in the hallway where guests can have their water bottles refilled. i was also allowed to check-in early without extra fee.
