Budget hotel so don't expect bells and whistles but bed was comfortable, room was clean, free parking and only 2mins walk from the tube station. Would stay again.

Cheap but very basic”
Personally I don’t mind that much if hotels aren't the most glitzy, or lack the most up to date and trendy decor. This, however, is shabby and worn out. The room was very cold on entering. Confidence was not inspired by the sight of a rodent trap by the wall in the bedroom. The central heating system appeared to be non functional, although there was a separate electric oil-filled radiator. The bed was OK, but I saw no towels. The floor of the bathroom was completely worn out, something that could be replaced very cheaply, and which would make a dramatic improvement to the overall impression. A lick of paint all round would also make a big difference.

We survived the night!”
We arrived late at night too the hotel and rang the doorbell shortly after we were let in and they sorted out our room for us. We then wandered up the stairs to room 6, well we didn’t know what to expect. As we walked in one of the lights was missing we then spotted the broken window and plaster coming off the wall. We then checked the bed which was clean and comfortable but the sheets needed updating small rips. We then wanted to watch tv no remote. In the morning we woke up fancying a bath to discover no plug, we got inventive and used a cup for the teas and coffees. I didn’t really work and we had to keep it running so we didn’t loose water. Then the tap decided to run slowly like a snail. The bathroom floor paint was rusting away. All in all I survived to tell the tale so that’s good. Take a trip if you dare!

The bottom of window frame have a hole, the wind can blowing in the room. the Shower head leak of water, toilet lamp cover are missing....etc The only thing good is the bed is quite clean. and the location is next to the railway station

If your looking for cheap then look no further, however walking into a bedroom with rodent traps in is somewhat off putting The shower was a work of art if it worked and only allowed one of us to have a hot shower before water turned cold We were going to eat at hotel but on checking in were told there was a function on so no food available On a positive note, there is a fabulous pub called the Black horse 5 mins walk away food fantastic and would go back there

Unhappy with the state of the rooms. Unclean with stain marks on walls and dirty carpet. Pungent odour in the room and so dated furnitures in room. Will never stay again.

stayed here for a couple of nights as close to the Wembley Stadium, the room was very dated with furniture cracks in the ceiling, not been decorated with a lick of paint for years.... the windows had thick filler bubbled up on them, i think to stop them either falling in or out, there was light fitting exposed in the bathroom and the floor was in a terrible state of disrepair furthermore it says there is a bar and restuarant, this was both unavailable as a private functions had been booked on both nights stay staff was not hospitable any probably even afraid to ask if everything was ok if this was my business i would never be able to book this rooms out a definite health & safety visit should be carried out on this rooms

Worst hotel, staff unprofessional and rude, whole hotel is very dirty, not worth for money at all. They are there just to rip off people not for the service. I urge people not to use this hotel. Premium Inn, Ibis hotel are far better in every aspects and far cheaper. If there was option for "Zero Star" I would definitely rate with to all service.

Clean, easy tube access ”
Stayed over with my father and son in a family room. Room was chilly but there was a heater and tv. Only used as a base to explore London. Tube station just 2 minutes away. Would certainly stay again
