It is very peaceful place to stay, but with some improvement have to perform as there is no Toiletries prepared，airconds at master room might need some service as it is not cool enough, and the water current is not as strong as sometime no parrallel uses of water. But overall i would suggest for short escape

Pros: Spatious, easy to locate, advantageous location, in the middle of Kangar and Arau, easy to check in with clear instructions, easily can accommodate up to 5 adults. Strong wifi, have tv with multiple channel, basic necessities covered. Cons: There are still cleaning staffs in the house even we arrived 30 mins later than check in hour. The pipes in the toilet had leakage. Thats its.

Everything is good (it even has water purifier, COWAY)except the water flow is super duper slow. Like real slow. It becomes so annoying. Hence, that minus all the good points I would’ve given.

Strategic location, near to town and ktm arau station, also near to famous restoran called Anjung Keli, but disappointed with the water pressure in both toilet very very very slow. stressful take very long time to finish shower.

Owner need to improve on maintenance of the house in terms of plumbing, check the wiring & air cond, unable to lock the sliding door from inside ofthe house. No toileteries item provided. Need to bring on our own. Will not come back. The house is clean
