Good value for money with the staff being the standout feature. We were impressed by the politeness and helpfulness of all the staff including those at the Skybar.

It was pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff are really helpful. They offer birthday complimentary for free, cakes, fresh roses, decoration. The room is clean with amazing mountain view in the morning. It was pleasant to stay here. The rooftop bar also amazing, it’s a good choice for foreigner to spend night here.

Nice clean hotel with good facilities”
The location is south but within a short taxi ride to the palace. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The spa and gym are both very good and the rooftop bar provides great city views. The only negative comment is the cold breakfast foods, even at 6:30, with often stale breads.

The hotel is brand new (lots of details are well-thought through), the staff is nice (let me check in early) and attentive, the breakfast is good. I'd just wish the soundproof would actually work as I am a light sleeper. Other than that - all is really good.

Excellent hotel when fully completed”
This was the best room that I have stayed in, so far in Myanmar (over several moths). Very large, newly built so very clean, and very well appointed, including a king bed. The spa and gym were not completed yet, but there is a nice rooftop bar and a restaurant below. The food was fine and the view very nice from the roof, and many other restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It's a bit south in Mandalay, but attractions are minutes away by taxi or tuk-tuk. Airport is still 45 minutes by taxi.

Ok stay in Mandalay ”
Hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is great with a wonderful view. Breakfast was so-so and the water for shower could’ve been hotter. Also, the shower amenities were not switched out from the previous guest. Otherwise the hotel is good. I’d recommend it for sure.

Breakfast asked for fried eggs came half cooked swimming in oil could not eat. Sky bar very loud music could not have conversation waited for ever for my meal fish and chips my friend's had finished eating not good !!!

it was a business trip and the hotel does have a clean facility, good working air conditioning system and good internet. The view on the roof top bar is amazing. highly recommend to dine up there.

The beds are made daily, but the floors do not seem to be cleaned daily. Also, as I pointed out before, there are towels that have been used for 2~3 years and are tattered at the edges.

I was disappointed that the towels provided in the room looked like they had already been used for 4-5 years. The room was relatively clean, but the floor was not well cleaned.
