My only gripes as follows 1) TV controllers were not working but the hotel promptly replace it 2) Hot Water was not coming out by my next day stay in the morning but it was fine for me 3) The Air conditioner was working properly but the noise it emits is a bit above average. Overall, it was a good hotel

First of all, they require you cash deposit when you check in, unlike the hotels now who only need to validate your credit card. It's so hassle if you don't bring cash, you need to withdraw from the nearest ATM, which is also hassle because the hotel is not near many establishments. The sheets are not so clean, it felt like they did not change the sheets from the last occupants of the hotel. Their soap and shampoo also smelled a little bit aged, and they cannot arrange a packed breakfast for you if you checkout by 6am. Most frustratingly, it's really from anything - and it's so far from airport, that you need to pay 500 just to be transported to the airport, other hotels would just cost you 250-350. Towels are also smelly. I won't go back to this hotel again

On my first night, after I checked in, I guess to save electricity, it was dark when I walk in, and the heater in the shower was not on that I had to take a cold shower that evening. But the next day, while I had my breakfast, I had informed the receptionist my comments / complaints and she handled it, the staff came up after I had my breakfast and got it all sorted. To be honest, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room is clean and I had no big complains about the hotel. I would definitely stay there again when I come back to the Philippines.

False advertisement!!! Wouldn't recommend”
Room was very small and had to upgrade on arrival. No amenities present on site that were advertised. No rooftop spa or even access to, the owners live there. No gym, coffee shop, or restaurant on site as advertised. No shuttle service either. Weekends you get to hear the nearby clubs til late in the am!! Pictures of the property make it look nice, but they are misleading! Would not stay here again or recommend staying here. We would have cancelled after the first night if we could have!

At first the feel of the hotel is a bit depressing, not that welcoming. It would have been great because of the location. The air conditioning was weak, woke up with a layer of sweat. Hope that they would have filled bathroom amenities before letting guests check in. There was a hint of smoke in the room. But if you are not as finicky and just there to sleep then you might like this hotel.

smelly hotel”
when u enter ur room, u will smell somethng bad. and its the blankets and pillows! i think they dont wash it regularly. u will be disgusted to sleep on their bed. the deluxe room is so small! we don't have a space for our handbags. no tables, cabinets. and the parking space is so small. only 5 cars allowed. 2 parking spaces reserved for the owner. so, u need to reserve ur slot when u go out of this motel. i thnk this is not a hotel but a motel. i definitelt wont recommend this to any of my friends. and i definitely wont come back to this motel as well. not worth our money!

we stayed 3 nights in this hotel/motel. the place is so dirty. the look of the hotel/mo5el is so far from the website. i definitely won't come back to this motel. and i won't recommend it to anyone. the pillows, blankets weren't clean. they have a bad smell. and on our 2nd day, they didnt even clean our room! and the breakfast food is a mess!

Pros: Value for money Accommodated our request for early breakfast Allowed our road bike in our room Near restaurants, shops, and banks Soundproof (we didn't hear the loud bar sounds across the street inside our room) Good wifi connection as they put us in the room where the router is placed. Cons: Understaffed. There was no security guard at the door to remove the blockage for parking. We had to either climb out of the car and call for help or clear it ourselves. Very weak water heater in the shower, you can barely feel any warmth but the cold shower works very well. We had to call and request for our complimentary water bottles (but in fairness, they gave us 4 bottles) We accidentally unplugged the wifi and they had to enter our room while we're away. Though it is our fault and nothing was missing, they should've informed us beforehand as we just discovered it by recognizing that our road bike changed position. Heavy traffic around the area Recommendable
