This is the perfect location for nights out in Breck and easy access to gondola for an early morning send. Nothing better than skiing down 4 O’clock right to your door! The concierges were both incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and high quality. I will certainly be staying again!

Don't stay in room E106. Windows don't lock very well. Heater wires are all sticking out of the wall”
Pros great location to downtown. But wasn't happy with our room. I mentioned the problems with the staff and they said they couldn't do anything about it because rooms are individual owned. Don't get e106 wires were coming out of the bass of the walls. (Heater I think). E105 the shower/tub kept stopping up. It just needs more TLC.

Will Be Back”
My husband and I had the best time in Breck and staying at the River Mountain Lodge! We stayed in the one bedroom condo E111. It couldn’t have been better and we will definitely be back!

Great location, bed a bit uncomfortable ”
I have stayed here twice and both times the bed have been uncomfortable, however you can’t beat the location and free parking (which is uncommon in Breckenridge). It’s an easy walk to town. Note: units do not have AC, so if you come during summer months, keep that in mind, but the mountains have cooler nights at 9600 feet.

Location was awesome!! We had a premium room with a bedroom which would be great for families - especially having a full kitchen. The room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that the pool was closed and the hot tub was small and being utilized the times we tried to go. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Good location, very small room”
We rented a single room studio (like a lock-off in time share terms) and the room had two queen beds, a very small area for a kitchen (sink, micro-oven, coffee machine). The room was overcrowded with large pieces of furniture and it made it hard to walk around in the room. Good location of the place overall. Fan only airflow made it hard to sleep in an always warm room (no air-conditioning). No washing machine in room and building.

We reserved a “hotel room” at River Mountain Lodge. The “room” we were put in was just that, a bedroom. It was a bedroom locked off from a full condo. There were actually two separate locked off bedrooms in a hallway connected to a locked off larger condo of which we were given one of the bedrooms. The Hotel room we reserved was advertised as having a kitchenette, but instead our b drool had a mini fridge and microwave only with the microwave sitting on top of the mini fridge. when we went to speak to the front desk about our accommodations no one even knew what room we were talking about. Front desk staff promised us a Rollaway, but when we went to get it mid evening we were told they didn’t have anymore. We had not gotten the rollaway earlier, because the bedroom was so small to put a Rollaway in it did not allow us any movement. When walking to and from the pool we passed piles of dog Poop. There had been no new snow in Breckenridge for two days, yet when we took our kids out to the pool there was nowhere to sit, because all of the furniture had large amounts of snow on it. Front desk staff could not locate basic items, such as pool towels. I will say that when we requested extra blankets from housekeeping, housekeeping staff was extremely gracious and prompt.

Check-in was easy, parking was heated, covered, and convenient. The rooms were quiet and clean.”
They went above expectations! I told the guest service agent that checked me in that my husband I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary and they sent us a bottle of wine to help us celebrate. There is also a shuttle to take you to the gondola. I highly recommend this hotel!

While the location of the facility (could hear the roaring river right behind building) is excellent and the rooms are well maintained, it should be made clear that there is no air conditioning in rooms, forcing guests to rely upon outside coolness to keep room cool.

Run down over priced dumpy hotel”
Hot tubs and pools unsanitary dirty and smell. Room had a water leak in bathroom ceiling. You can hear every word from next room and imiur room filled up with smoke from when our neighbor cooked dinner in their room. After dinner our room filled up with the smell of pot smoke. Worst two nights of our trip and by far the most expensive. For the same price without the 80$ in hidden fees you could stay in a five star luxury hotel in the heart of vail. Absolute rip off. Stay away from this place.

Rooms were very cramped and generally lacking any sense of privacy. We were awoken several times overnight by the neighbors using the sink (the pipes are that loud). Other than that, great location.
