    We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, restaurants, pool and activities. We really enjoyed having the waterfall view outside our balcony along with kids having easy access to the pool. The open concept of the living room, dinning room and kitchen worked perfectly for family gatherings.
    I really did not have many complaints besides wishing the carpet could have been cleaner and balcony blinds functional.

    Location was convenient for tourist travel. Was quiet at night and in early morning. Was spacious &amp; comfortable.
    Small maintenance needs upon arrival. Yet Palmetto Rental was quick to have a maintenance worker stop by to quickly correct the problems.

    River Oaks area is fantastic for the beach and shopping. we have stayed in this area over and over and it never disappoints.
    the unit we stayed in was very “worn” and not in good condition. old mattresses, furniture stains, and lights out are a few things that we very disappointing. The unit was also not ready when we arrived and they never made things right. a big disappointment after having positive experiences for five other stays in the past

    Half of the kitchen didn’t work(microwave and dishwasher were broken), mold was found on the wet linens in the washer from previous stay, dirty sheets on the bed, dust bunnies the size of your foot.

    It was clean and quiet.
    When i made my reservations , I pacificly asked if i could have my motorcycle and was not told that motorcycle was not allowed on the property. When me and my guests was approached by the site manager, she approached us with an aggressive attitude and ot wasn&#39;t necessary.

    It was a very lovely place. Nicely decorated, welcoming and visually pleasing. I felt like I was at home. We had everything we needed. A fully stocked kitchen, washer&#47;dryer, to full bathrooms, plenty of room and space. It&#39;s in a very convenient location. Very nice view of ppl playing golf from the balcony.
    I didn&#39;t like that the 2nd bedroom with the 2 beds in it didn&#39;t have a TV. Can be an inconvenience when you have kids, and it was. We managed though since the main bedroom had one along with the living room. It kinda sucked being on the 3rd floor. Going up and down 3 flights of stairs, Just had gotten over an ankle injury, and climbing up and down that many stairs, put a strain on my ankle, but I guess that was just the luck of the draw.

    It was very hard to get to the beach let alone even see it from the road. The cost of parking was insane. To much of a tourist spot. Orange Beach Alabama was so much better.

    The rental was very spacious when was good for the whole family
    The internet service was poor. Before my trip l had to call the property several times and even had to call booking.com before l got a response. Their response and communication was bad because of it had been better l would have known and asked for a property with better internet service so l could do my work.

    The condo was beautiful! Very homie and comfortable. Also we were not expecting to have a third bathroom which was awesome!!
    The WiFi was not working at all. The floors of the condo were really dirty. Please make sure they are being clean and mop. A little far from the beach.
