The staff was very welcoming, professional and polite. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Worth every penny.

Be sure to ask for pool passes/bands. You have to ask for these and they cost extra. Also not all properties have indoor pools and the add makes you think its just one place but it is about 4 different properties so they are different.

Everything was good but they charge $110 fees when get there and they want $250 deposit for pool pass!

Great value, organization needs work”
Check in took over an hour. The ladies working were trying, but they had free cleaning staff and an obvious lack of support from the owners. Computers didn’t work, staff didn’t call back, etc. The property was fine when we got in…a nice little townhome, with old but serviceable facilities. But getting through to check in took so long.

It’s a vacation resort but people actually live there and complain if they hear you having a good time it was my birthday and it was 5pm and the neighbor complained I had too many people meeting up at my door so we can go out.. you literally pay $600 for you to be quiet the entire time

It was okay at first but we ran into issues after issues after issues on the first night. Being that it was a holiday it was a mess is all I can say. They stay was okay the staff (Francies) was nice but the property manager still haven’t responded. Misleading info was giving as well. We ran from apartment to apartment the first night just to end back at the same apartment with broken sink. Was told maintenance would be there 9am no maintenance I had to go to the office twice on Thanksgiving. Our Thanksgiving dinner was served late.

I specifically asked to be on the bottom floor due to health issues and they put us on the top floor, my daughter and her family had to wait till after 8 pm to check into their room. The rooms are clean and nice but the rest is unacceptable

Beautiful room, HORRIBLE STAFF”
The place is beautiful, but we will never come back. The Agoda website said that our check in time was 3pm. When we get there, we are told that check in is actually 4pm. The lady at the front desk was horrible. No communication. She told us that she would call and let us know when our room was ready. They closed at 5pm and we still hadn't received a call. We decided to drive by and someone was inside, so we stopped and tried to check in. The man inside had told us that the front deck lady never told him anyone was having issues. WE WERE FINALLY ABLE TO CHECK IN AT 6:30. the room itself was amazing, but the way we were treated ruined the entire experience

Staff was not the most helpful. Check in was terrible took forever staff is rude. Also our fridge was broken and we lost all the food we brought, took maintenance two days to show up to fix it.

Not Happy”
I booked 4 Villas for 25 people. Basically 3 three bedrooms and 1 two bedroom. The first room smelled like Marijuana upon entering the room. We did receive payment of taxes and deposit back because of it. Room 2 three bedrooms had dirty carpets, old bed with a questionable mattress, spots on the carpet, a chair with no legs, old curtains that are hanging down. The other 2 Villas were not as bad. Not to mention agoda charged me for taxes included in the price of the Villas. When arriving at the property we were told we had to pay 100 deposit on each room and taxes again. I was very confused. Why would I pay taxes twice. I am very very upset about this and will be reaching out for a solution.

Check in supposed to be at 3pm and the angry receptionist talk to us really bad, that’s not the way someone has to talk to customers. Depending on what the room was not clean, we waited until 4 o'clock, depending on that time it's to enter, the room wasn't clean, the sheets were dirty

Once you get to the resort they will charge you more in fees than advertised. The condo had crumbs all on the floor and hair in the shower.

I will never nook with this resort again. We were double charged, accommodations were the worst ever with old furniture. Our room smelled horrible. Furniture falling apart. I could go on and on about how horrible this place was. Do not recommend.
