It is a great central place to stay to be close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer!”

It was centrally located! great access to the Parkway, shopping, entertainment, and food! perfect size for our family!
2 things stuck out to us: 1. We felt the condo could have been a little cleaner! I had Cheeto crumbs and old blood stains on the comforter in my room, however the manager quickly remedied the issue! 2. The kitchen needs ventilation for cooking! we cooked breakfast each morning and the whole condo would smell like eggs and bacon when we came in at night. The kitchen also needs some pot holders.

Location of the Condo. It is easy to get in and out of.
I didn't like how the shower was inside the bedroom. After a hot shower the bedroom is steamy. I would prefer the shower to be in a closed off area like the toilet.

We stayed in 411, three bedroom. It was very homey. Clean and nice. This is our 2nd time staying at River Condos, first time was great also.
The elevator had a soft spot and was kinda iffy.

The location is excellent. Condo was nice and had plenty of room.
The only tv that actually picked up channels was in the living room. None of the other 3 worked properly. Room was also quite dusty in spots.
