The view of the river and skyline from the roof bar is worth the stay alone. For the price I am speechless. The photos don’t do it justice. The cheapest room was so good. Very quiet area. Lots of street art. Close to the river. Trendy street art. Very local but loads and loads of excellent food options. Absolutely recommend.

My Favorite Perch in Bangkok”
They're just great here — it's a fantastic view. Now, COVID has adversely affected many things, including the pricing and hours of the restaurant above, but never mind, man. This neighborhood is FIRE. Art walks, café spots, Instagrammable design walks, etc.... it's the best.

dont hesitate great location 10 min walk from train station but hard to find be if you look there are lots of signs and Google maps worked a treat . The bar at top has a five star view!! and breakfast was excellent.

Overall experience staying here is good, but dont expect grab to send you because the road is too narrow to actually fit a car. so make sure you drop at Soi Wanit 2 and walk to the guest house if you would wish to use grab service

The hotel was a bit hard to find (thank goodness for GPS). But there was a sign from the main street that was easy to spot. The room was clean and the view of the river from the rooftop bar was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of the water taxi and a bit further from the nearest train station.

It was our last night in Asian trip and we were very glad that everything was perfect. Room with AC, city view etc. But the best part of this hotel was staff. Especially I want to give a shout out to Punpun who was extremely helpful and friendly at our check out as we wanted to print our boarding passes e.t.c. We had few requests and she managed all of it. Thank you once again :)

Lovely spot”
A bit out of the way and difficult to find, once you're here you will not want to leave. The view is incredible, having a balcony overlooking the Chao Phraya river is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean, the AC is cold, the pillows and sheets were comfy. Only problem I had was low water pressure in the shower, not a big deal, just took longer to shower. Best part is the rooftop restaurant. Highlight of my trip so far has been sitting on the rooftop, watching the sun set over the Chao Phraya river, having a cocktail and absolutely delicious Thai food. Would stay here just to be close to that restaurant.

Nice river view ”
We stayed at 6th floor, from where you have a nice river view. 7th floor was under renovation and on 8th floor there is the restaurant with rooftop terrace. Breakfast was included and fine, the prices for other meals and drinks are pretty high. We liked the short walking distance to Chinatown, Hua Lamphong (MRT and train station) and the piers (tip: free shuttle boat from Si Phraya to the other river side). The surroundings were busy with mechanics and therefor a little smelly, but the staff told us that it is safe to walk in the neighbourhood at nighttime and we didn't have any problems.

True BKG experience”
We liked the location: near the local boat station, food, China town, train station, metro) The surroundings were a surprise also, among car shops, suddenly nice temples, small houses with pet monkeys. We just loved it. The restaurant has an amazing view. Worth paying a little extra for a better room.

The river view is fantastic both in the morning and evening. The room is clean and good but not fancy. If you have a balcony you can sit there both in the morning and evening and enjoy the view and listan to all the birds but close the doors in the night otherwise the mosquito will come. but..... It is a little bit offside from comunications and things to do. The restaurant on the top have a fantstic view and good food but...... It is a little bit pricy if you shall eat there every evening during one week. And there is not so much else to chose from in the emediate neighbourhod ( that could find). But otherwise I could have stayed thre for several months.

Good location, some disappointments”
The hotel is very clean, and in a great location away from the crowds. Very close to the ferry on the river which is convenient for visiting, and within walking distance to the famous Chinatown food market. My only downside was that one day, the cleaning staff picked up the laundry from our room, and 15 minutes later told me I had to pay 300bahts for having used the towels ... There was a bit of mascara and make up on one of the towels, but isn't that what towels are for?!? They hadn't clean it before charging me, I would understand if I had ruined one of their towels so badly that even after washing them they were still stained, but it was literally 15 minutes later!!! Regardless, this shouldn't be up to the guest to pay for cleaning towels, it's the price we pay, it's called operation costs! Also there were construction one floor below us that was really loud. Other than that I'd say it's a decent hotel, but I think we could have gotten better service altogether.

This hotel is close to river. Near to main train station. This is good for some travel to another destinations of Thailand. Silent place surrounding a local people in their natural enviroment. Room was ok but nothing amazing for Europe people. There is a nice restaurant on the roof with nice wiew of riverbank.

Yes you would say the rooms are basic and a little dated but for the money you pay everything is forgotten about with the amazing river views from your balcony or the amazing roof top bar and restaurant. The value for money is in the spectacular 180 degree river view.
