Excellent food. Excellent ambience. Lovely building. The couple who run this lovel place are very warm and welcoming. We were provided with free bicycles for all four of us for several hours as we had late evening flights and wanted to go around the city. It was a lot of fun to go around in our bikes.

Perfect Stay”
Great food, cheap beer, a bike ride or $2 tuk tuk away from the centre, a pool, clean and spacious rooms. We couldn't have asked for more. Len and Dale were always on hand to ask advice of. Len couldn't have done more to help with bookings or travel plans or local knowledge. Highly recommend. We will stay again for sure

Superb experience”
Friendliness, atmosphere and cleanliness
We had a wonderful stay at RVM. The hotel is somewhat on the outskirts, but I prefer to pay 2$ for a toc-tuc getting me to/from the noisy downtown and enjoy peace and comfort of this great place. With its small size of 10 rooms you are guaranteed the best service you can hope for. This is an old place but it has been kept up to standard. The rooms and the interior has an atmosphere of times passed without having been worn down by time. We stayed there 6 nights and I´m looking forward to our next stay there. There is currently some construction going on in the daytime next door, but it did not prevent us from sleeping late in the morning. Surpassed all expectations. Highly recommended.

such friendly people”
The hosts, Bud, Jeanie and Maria were so welcoming! The staff were attentive and the tuk-tuk drivers were thoroughly professional
My mother and I stayed here for two weeks in January. The hosts were interested in getting to know us and and all their guests and were considerate of mum's age and her needs. The pace of life at the guesthouse was relaxed and easy. The housekeeping staff were efficient and though they spoke little English were always ready with a smile and "good morning" or "hello". Our hosts gave us excellent advice on what to see and do and helped with booking tours and looked after us so well that leaving felt like saying goodbye to good friends. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for personalised service and will definitely be back when I'm next in Siem Reap. 5 star service at 3 star pricing.

More than a place to stay, a wonderful experience ”
The people, the warmth and Jeannie's scrambled eggs!
It made our holiday. Bud and Jeannie we're wonderful hosts and became firm friends. Nothing was too much trouble. Their advice was always spot on and well adapted to our travel style. They have heaps of experience in hospitality and it shows in the ease with which our needs were met, and in little touches like a chocolate on the pillow each night. The hotel is a gracious colonial style building on the river and easily found by tuk tuk drivers. The rooms are solid and well furnished. We were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade to a lovely room with a view of the river. Jeannie's breakfast is very special. And so are Bud's stories. It's no wonder that after only 2 months they are already booked out. A special place in magical town.

Little far from the center but still convenient”
Quiet hotel
I stayed in this hotel as a last resort after my initial booking at Siem Reap White Villa was cancelled because the hotel didn't really exist!!! I had to find somewhere to stay in a very busy time because of the chinese holidays and ended up changing hotels every night. This was the best one of the hotels i stayed in Siem Reap but there should be a big choice of other options any other time. The hotel was ok but far from the center and quite overpriced but i think it was because of that time of the year. The staff was quite eager to help in organizing trips and willing to assist.

Nice Staff, Pool, clean
We loved the place. It is kind of familiar even though rooms are great, big, clean. The pool is very refreshing. The breakfast did not have much to choose although was good. The staff are great, even the owner shows up every time offering whatever you may need. They only serve breakfast, nor lunch, nor dinner. We would repeat definitely.

Fabulous place and great Value for Money!”
Free airport pickup, free breakfast and great coffee!
I have nothing but praise for this beautiful, boutique guesthouse. The staff were tremendously helpful and did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable and as cost-effective as possible. It's quiet, river location just 5 minutes from town in the really good Cambodian tuktuk ($2) or not much longer on the free bicycles was ideal for my friend and I. Angkor Wat was about the same distance away too so everything was very handy. As a gay traveling couple we really appreciated the lovely private pool and garden areas and felt totally relaxed here. This place is right on the river and we loved our morning walk. Because it's just out of the tourist "bubble" we got to see a lot of Cambodian life this way. Our room was very spacious with some amazing wood panel work everywhere. Overall, it was just a great experience and, with the excellent free breakfasts, coffee and bicycles, was also great value. Thanks to everyone and we hope to come back again!

Very reasonable price in a nice room with great staff. It is a bit far from the center of the old town and you need to use a tuck tuck to get there.

Quiet, relaxing place in Siem Reap”
quiet, staff, pool
A great little place a little out of the main tourist area. They have free bikes and it is about 10 minutes to town. 20 minutes to Ankgor What by bike. And a lovely salt water pool to relax after a full day of temple visits. The bathrooms are a little dated and our shower didn't have a curtain so it got a little messy but our room was otherwise great with a nice balcony and comfortable rooms.

A fantastic hotel in Siem Riep!”
Staff, swimming pool, room
I think this was the best hotel experience, for the cost, I have ever had in my life. Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was great, spacious, clean, well appointed. The hotel has a lovely pool, good to cool off after a day looking around Angkor. Their breakfast is simple but very good quality, and pleasant sitting in the courtyard. What really marks this hotel out from others I have been to is the management. Roy is a great guy - I had so much fun chatting to him for hours. They arrange tuk-tuks if you need a life somewhere, and give free bicycle rental if you have the energy to look round Angkor Wat in the heat yourself (I tried but it was blisteringly hot - wouldn't reccomend). In short, this hotel is a real hidden gem of a hotel, the likes of which you very rarely find. Do not look elsewhere for overnight accommodation in Siem Riep. You will not be disappointed.

Friendly homie kind of place”
Staff, help, pool
Well we were sick most of the 6 nights we stayed in siem reap, and the staff was very accommodating. Probably the nicest we have seen yet in Asia - cutting us up fruit or bringing water/tea on demand... Anyhow we were reccomended to stay here from a friend and weren't disappointed. It's to far to walk to the city center, or a 1.50 TukTuk tuk ride. You can sometimes do cheaper from the city center we found because many drivers don't know the location. (Super easy to find though). Our bed was a bit stiff, and only green and grey colours on the tv. If we were not sick so much, this probably wouldn't have impacted our stay! Lol

Nice people, quiet place”
Airport pickup, cordial behavior, very caring people, offered useful information on sightseeing
It is not a very fancy place as the pictures might suggest. The building sure is very beautiful inside with wooden stairs but the rooms are not. We were given 2 beds in the room which was not necessary. Did not use the pool but they had kept it in good condition. wi-fi is awesome. they seem to have 3 connections so that you are always provided with good signal which ever part of the building you are. Very nice lady at the reception who took care to arrange transportation, helped us with all the information needed to visit the places within 1 and half days that we had there. she even packed a fruit box for us as we were leaving early for the temple visit and could not have breakfast. people are extremely kind. We loved our stay there. I still feel that for the money you could get a more luxurious place in Siem Reap. That will be my only negative comment. Please take your own toiletries and do not forget a cream to help you scare away mosquitoes.
