F&B for sahur - not enjoying it
no value for money & we paid for the breakfast not FOC. the food varieties for sahur should same level with what we paid for the breakfast. tq.

Booked a family room. It looked brand new with a modern design. Bathroom looked very clean and room was spacious with a good view of the river.

Don't stay here.
Room was dirty, hair in the bathroom sink with what looked like leftovers from vomit in the sink. Food and breakfast in the lounge was awful, don't know how anybody can ruin scrambled eggs but they did and they were cold anyway along with all the rest of the food. Cocktails consist of wine and beer and the nibbles were poor. Do yourself a favor and give this hotel a big miss.

No way this hotell deserves their stars
We have been in Kuching 1985 the first time and later stayed at the Majestic several times through the years, but now the hotel is so outdated that it realy deserves only 3 stars, maybe 3,5 but not more. Its always the same with Asian hotells: maintenans is too poor, especiallt thebathroom was a sjame. The water was not running out of the sink, the bedsheds looked used and dirty, bloodstains on the side. When we asked for new once they only changed from one bed to the other. Thats not good enough!

Good central location but carpark access was odd
Close to most places of attraction, staffs at executive lounge at 17F were friendly & courteous. Free carpark for guests but carpark is shared with the adjacent shopping mall and strangely, access to carpark was through Parkson. Breakfast was decent and kids below 12 years old eat for free.
