Nice place. Would stay again”

I never give high ratings. Bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi worked well and fill rate was good. View of mountains and river was nice. Close to attractions but still quiet enough. Room was clean. Only negatives was bathroom door needed to be lubed. Was loud when using during night. Door to balcony didn’t close without using deadbolt. In morning sunlight was coming through. Breakfast vouch to Reagan’s was nice. Wish my stay was longer.

it was clean. But we had a water leak from up stairs. Also I thought it was odd that we had to ask for coffee for the room and get sugar and creamer from the lobby. And we had to ask for a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. We did get these things right away but I thought it was strange that we had to ask for them. Over all it was a nice stay

Favorite place to stay in the Smokies!”

Riverside Tower was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Beds were comfortable, the balcony view was beautiful, and we didn’t want to leave!
