Apartamento sem manutenção adequada e comodidades”
A recolha das chaves situa-se num local distante apartamento, situação não referida site Agoda. Ninguém está no apartamento à chegada para explicar o funcionamento dos equipamentos. O apartamento não tem manutenção, equipamentos avariados (janelas e porta de entrada não tracam), pavimento do quarto danificado pela humidade, tecido das cadeiras sala cheios de nódoas. Os cortinados não vedam a luz exterior o que torna o sono muito dificil. O contacto para pedido de intervenção urgente no apartamento , ninguém atende nem devolve a chamada , mesmo após ter sido deixada mensagem. A limpeza é deficiente. A torneira do chuveiro necessita de manutenção:a água sai muito quente ou muito fria. Lâmpadas fundidas... As reclamações dos hóspedes não são atendidas, estando a empresaque gere mais preocupada em ganhar dinheiro.
