its our 2nd time in RL Veranda Suites and will surely come back again. Very acconodating , We arrived at 4am so I requested to leave our staff earlier than our check in and they responded immediately and they sanitized our lagguages. Very comfortable stay with large room with kitchen, ref, veranda and the restroom with toiletries and towels. Located in Palma st near good taste and burnham park and easy to get a ride They have courteous and helpful staff. And the price is one of the best part. Thank you RL Veranda Suites for our nice and safe stay. Will surely recommend it to our frienda.

After a long travel, Charity was able to check us in a bit earlier. She also helped us obtained our OTP number. She is very professional, accommodating and possess an awesome customer service qualities. The kitchen is complete if you want to cook. They also provide toiletries and bath towels. The suite is large and can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. It's walking distance to Burnham Park, banks, restaurants, Puregold. I will stay here again when I am in Baguio. I hope the company pays Charity a living wage because she deserves it.

First of all, the room was big! There were only 2 of us but we had 2 huge beds that can fit 2 people each. The room had a nice veranda that had an ok view especially at sunset and the room was clean all around. I loved how we could cook during our stay and the staff were nice enough to lend us some appliances too. Plus, the location is close enough to Burnham Park and SM Baguio that we just walk there every day. 100% would recommend!

We made the right choice in choosing RL Veranda Suites. Their rooms are perfect for families. The studio deluxe room we booked is very clean and spacious. You’ll get everything you need: towels, toiletries (except toothpaste and toothbrush), and hot and cold shower. We like the veranda which allows us to see the city view of Baguio. Also, kudos to the friendly staffs. All in all, we had a great stay!

The staff are all friendly and kind, this place deserved more than 5 stars. The area is near the park, mall and restaurants but also peaceful enough for relaxing stay. All facilities are clean, wide parking area and spacious rooms. Amenities are great, water heater is working well and the fridge, induction cooker, utensils are available if planning to eat indoors.

Best budget accommodation ”
The staff were all nice and accommodating. They even helped us with the QTP. The location was excellent too. Near Good Taste and Canto! Walking distance from Burnham park (but also near parking lots if you don’t want to walk). Signal is strong but they do have wifi which is nice as well. Showers and taps have hot water. We have utensils, electric grill, electric water kettle, and a mini fridge. All of them are working. The have a secured parking space that’s free. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely book this again when we go back.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff”
The reason why I choosed that hotel was, because we were many people 5 adults and 1 child 6 years, looking for 1 nice room together which is not easy. And the room we had there was very very nice, very clean and with a very nice view! Even the street in front of the house is very high, we were able to manage everything due to the very kind staff/owner there. We had a disabled person with us and they were so friendly to her. (no lift, but that was ok) They had a good garage for the car. The only problem we had - as in most places in Baguio - there was no heater. And during the nights it was really cold there and very humid. In no shops I was able to buy an electric heater, not even in SM. You should bring your own one. As an European, I am used to sleep in a room with 10°C, but the humidity made it very bad. And unfortunately during our stay it was raining very much. Staff is always very helpful!

Pwedeng lakadin papuntang Good taste at burnham park kung okay sayo maglakad . Malamig nman kya masarap maglakad 😀 BASTA OVERALL SA AKIN 10/10 . Great Hotel/Place To Stay Overall”
Staffs were nice, rooms were clean, location is great because it's near everything, secured by RFID, veranda has nice view. Owner/staff were kind enough to lend us materials we need for a school project and gave us some forgotten chargers of ours before checking out. Rooms are sanitized immediately after checkout!

Going beyond the extra mile!”
RL is such a great discovery! It's only a few blocks away from Burnham Park and Good Taste. Ate Saling and the staff were so kind and polite. The rooms were clean when we checked in and has all the little conveniences you might need when travelling. While we were touring, our laundry was due for pickup but we couldn't get there on time, and it wasn't paid yet. Ate Saling and her staff went the extra mile by picking up the laundry for us and paying for it. They kept it safe for us until we got back. We were touched by this consideration, it swept our worries during our trip away. Will surely book this place again! Suggestion: It would be amazing if there would be bottled water or drinks that guests can purchase (vending machine?) near the reception area. Dishwashing soap and sponge would be a welcome addition to the kitchenette too! Thank you so much RL Veranda Suites!

Clean, spacious and very affordable”
We are 6 perosns and stayed in the family room at the 3rd floor, there’s no elevator so I thinks senior guests are not comfortable wity this kind of set up aside from the fact that the location is a bit downhill. But overall, we enjoyed our stay, staff are courteous and easily obliged with our requests. Amenities are complete we even had a time making our own barbeque at the rooftop! The view was superb! The bedrooms are spacious and it has 2 toilets and bath, both with hot shower… medyo mabilis lang mag clogged ang sink sa isang CR.. but we didnt really mind, maliit na bagay. ☺️ Walking distance to burnham park, nakakapagod lang kasi paakyat.. Really a value for money at the heart of the city. We will stay there again once we are back in Baguio City!

Kuya and ate staff were so nice and accommodating. The family suite where we stayed was excellent. Clean, cozy and everything you need is there. You can also cook at the kitchen. You get the best view at the balcony in the morning. And it is also very convenient as it is near Burnham park. Will definitely stay here next time.

There was 5 of us who stayed for 1 night with one additional beddings. The room is big for 5 persons. You can probably fit more than 5. It is very clean. The owners manning the reception are very friendly and accomodating.. We were able to checkin early free of charge. Yay! We also get to leave our bags after our checkout. 😆 thanks for the great stay!
