Comfortable, modern hotel very well located (walking distance from city center with its shops and restaurants), with very friendly staff. A public carpark is located just in front of the hotel.

Good location near the shops . Bus stop to the snow outside only 5€. Room was large . Food was expensive in restaurant.

Nice hotel, rude receptionists”
The receptionst was quite rude to us and not very accomodating at all, but the rooms are very nice, and it's pretty much in the city centre. The restaurant is also pretty good.

disappointing ”
Rooms cheaper than the pictures. Staff nice though but everything is minimum service. Breackfast is awful - very cheap products... Don't deserve a 4 stars.

Spacious room, Great location ”
Spacious room, Great location No parking available so make your own arrangements. 24 hour parking available in Andorra for approximately 18€-20€ Staff acted aggrieved at having to check us in - not a great first impression. Breakfast facilities were extensive and the food was great. Short walk from main shopping quarter for all duty free shopping. Close to wide range of restaurants.

A nice surprise ”
The rooms are big and clean with modern decor, and only a few minutes walk to the shopping areas, this hotel is a real bargain for the price. The restaurants are also very well priced, comparing to those in France, a buffet breakfast with free flow cava only costs 9,40€. There is also massage services.

Check-in was reasonably smooth, but the room was a mess when we opened the door. No apologies, service recovery or other attempts to make up for the mistake. New room was a family room - despite being just one couple - OK, but odd. If you're not familiar with Andorra, the hotel can be difficult to find. Do not rely on Google Maps. Get directions from the hotel, or a good map. Parking across from the entrance - reasonable price, particularly if you take the car out during the day to drive into the hills. Avoid the tiny breakfast. There are nice cafes within a short strole. Location is reasonable - with good views of the hills and a small stream from the large room window. In summary: clean and neat, but nothing special.

We had a comfortable few days but was not overly impressed with standard of rooms and service.Although check in is at 2pm, my son had to wait until 4pm for his room, not good after a 6 hour drive to Andorra.The rooms were definitely not a 4★, a bit tired and dark, have stayed in english Premier Inns that are more luxurious. Also the housekeeping was very late, even though we out from 9am when we returned at approximately 4-5pm the room still hadnt been cleaned.We had to ask the cleaners to clean our rooms asap.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location”

A lovely place to stay”
We stayed one night in this lovely hotel in the heart of Andorra La Vella. Our room was very large with excellent facilities. The breakfast was served in the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel - providing excellent views over the town and surrounding mountains.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Location”
The hotel was great. We arrived late at night, they checked us in very quickly and were quite friendly. The hotel is very nice and I was surprised at the size of the bathroom, shower and tub (very big!) We had a nice view of the mountains and river as well. Short walk to shops, restaurants and spa. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel”
We booked this hotel because of its location which is near Montserrat. The hotel is quite new (6-7 years) and the rooms are big and comfortable. It was very clean, and my wife even went to the gym to exercise a bit. The hotel is located in the center of a golf course, and on a top of a hill, which gives you a great view. Cons: extra charge for the spa and pool, high prices for breakfast.

Although the rooms are dated from the 80's it a clean comfortable stay. The bed are a little unomfortable if you stay for more than a few nights. still recommended!! Great value for money.

The bed was big, there was a frigobar inside the room and we had to ask for our free bottles of water to the chambermaid, since she forgot to put new ones when we arrived. The wifi internet worked well from our room. The bathroom was ok, the shower water had good pressure (we stayed at the 3rd floor). .

Je prendrai le même hôtel next time !”
J’ai payé environ 80€ pour la chambre 513 (5 correspond à l’étage). Cette chambre vaut très largement le prix : vue sur montagne, rivière, jardin et parking. Très calme, très spacieuse, très propre, en très bon état, en fait : aucun reproche à formuler. L’hôtel par lui-même vaut ses 4 étoiles : accès au parking sécurisé par ascenseur - personnel efficace, charmant, discret, nombreux, etc… Nous avons été très satisfaits du restaurant où nous avons mangés le soir par le rapport qualité/prix (nourriture et vin) au point que nous voulions y retourner une fois de plus avant de rentrer chez nous. Le petit-déjeuner a un rapport qualité/prix fabuleux avec des mètres linéaires de buffet bien garni (impossible de gouter à tout - impossible de repartir avec la faim) L’emplacement géographique est parfait pour le shopping !
