Pur avendo passato solo 2 notti ho potuto apprezzare la qualità della camera, la sua pulizia e l'ottimo livello degli accessori del bagno. La posizione è molto buona, non al centro ma vicino. Il personale è molto cordiale e collaborativo, la colazione semplice ma completa. Lo suggerisco per soggiorni anche di più giorni.

Best service in the world”

We were waiting for a cab and it was raining, a front desk staff approached us to provide umbrellas. The next day, we went for a walk around the neighbourhood, a staff approached us by the door to provide bottled water. I have never stayed in any other hotel with such impeccable service . This place is highly recommended.

Better than expectation”

Very nice and spacious room (I got free upgraded :D) Can easily access to different MRT stations (around 8 - 15 mins walk). Or you can walk all the way to Zhongshan station (around 15 mins) for shopping (department stall) or enjoy the food at some of the best restaurants in Taiwan. The staff are very helpful, please feel free to talk to them for food recommendation, you won't be disappointed.

perfect stay in Taipei”

the hotel Ambience is a very nice, smaller hotel, but well equipped, nice, clean rooms, very friendly staff, good location, convenient stores and small restaurants, spas etc.,.. all to reach by walking within 5 minutes. Good breakfast selcetion and located centrally in Taipei. So very good for business as well as for vaccation. But rooms are not too big.

overall im happy with my stay for 2 weeks (approx 14 days) i got lucky they give me the big spacious room 505. The bathroom is cool with separate shower room and breaktaking longbath with city view. The room is huge so and the bed. Friendly and caring staff is a credit.

EXCELLENT place, 10 mins walk to subway station <shandao temple>, bus station is 20m away from the hotel. Room is clean ,spacious and quiet, providing laundry self-service on 10F. Very kind staffs, excellent breakfast!

Staff are friendly and professional. Ideal location as you can go to some of the important landmarks in 15-20 minutes. I love this hotel as it's located near Taipei station but I can still enjoy tranquility here. Excellent service as well!

Fantastic”

I was so upset that my reservation was wrong after receiving a message from the hotel. I couldn't stay for the day due to a wrong date reservation, but thank you for helping my friend's mother stay instead. I felt a relieved by the friendly treatment. I have made a reservation again, so I look forward to my next trip.

Staff was extremely helpful in sugestions to help us plan our itinerary. Had the corner room. It was spacious with comfortable bed and bath. Located in a quiet part of the city and yet near to metro and buses.

The Staffs are polite and very helpful. But the Wi-Fi service is very bad. I can connect the Wi-Fi on my mobile phone but the speed is very slow. I cannot the wi-fi when I use my notebook. Please follow up. My room is 907

Great hotel but not perfect”

Lets start off with the good. Clean room, comfy bed, free laundry room provided, great and attentive staff. The not so good. Thin walls (could hear shower, conversation,traffic), wifi reception is poor in certain parts of the room, rooms space are tight. Hotel is located in quite central location however quite a distance from MRT (15min walk). Better off with bus as main way to travel if staying in this hotel. Google map is your best friend. This hotel is within walking distance to Fu Hang Soy Milk (15min) Overall the hotel has great staff but if you are sensitive to noise, this should not be your first choice.

Cleanliness is the highest value I rated for Ambience, especially the toilet. All staff is young and smart, they are ready for help with smiles. The mattress is comfortable with suitable hardness. Recommended for couples and friends to stay at.

Will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Taipei. The rooms are comfortable and all of the staff are lovely, friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to get information to me when I asked about anything and coordinated a driver for a half day trip and airport transfer.

My Second Stay”

Return guest which speaks for itself. The only issue (but an important one) was that the beds we got for twin room were quite small and the mattress would sometimes move off its base. I guess the room size dictated this to some extent. But IMHO beds are the most important part of a hotel and greatest attention should be paid to them. On my first visit I had a double bed and no issues.

I arrived early and need to wait to check in where the staff kindly offered me free coffee or tea while waiting. The staffs were really helpful in giving tips to travel around the city as well also recommendation for traditional dish to try. The room was really clean, free soft drinks in the fridge and complete amenities. Location is perfect and breakfast was delightful! Definitely will stay again!

One of the best if not The Best location of a Hotel I have ever stay! Surrounded by a bunch of local and Japanese restaurants. The hotel is just a turn to enter expressway. Walking distance to computer mall.Staffs are welcoming and helpful. The Hotel also provides free delivery services if you wanted to buy local delicacy and do not have the time to buy from those shop.
