Nice hotel near shopping area”

It's a conveniently located hotel, just 10-15 min walk or 3 stops away from the public bus. The rooms are as expected, small, but it is totally acceptable as I booked a single room. The bed is clean, typical Japanese cleanliness. Overall, good place to stay.

valued for what you paid”

Stayed for 2 nights, great deal. But window can not opened, and air circulation in the room is not that good. Pillow really need improvement, not comfortable at all. Have 2 local fresh markets downstairs, can find fresh foods in good deal.

Useful location”

Very useful for Watanbedori subway station. Easy walk to Tenjin or Hakata terminal also.

You can’t modify air conditioner”

You can only turn on/off the air conditioner, the temperature can’t be modify. And in April only heating mode supplied.

Pleasant stay”

We stayed in a twin bedroom. Big beds but got only one single thin pillow and we have to ask for one more pillow. Out of the shopping area. Better buy a 2 days subway ticket to reach Tenjin and Hataka.

Spacious, clean and affordable ”

In terms of location, its is just a subway station away from the main area of Tenjin. But, aside from the Watanabe-dori subway, there are plenty of buses towards the city centre. It is also walkable, taking about 20 minutes. The room and bathroom are spacious and cleaning services are first class. The hotel is next to a marketplace where you can get daily necessities conveniently.

Good location”

Basically there are many bus stops surround this hotel which make it easier to travel around. Buses to hakata station, tenjin station, even as far as to marinoa outlet city. Staffs are generally friendly but need to improve their basic English skills. Other than that, they are all very helpful and provide good service. Bed too soft and pillow too flat.

Pleasant”

The area is very nice, the rooms are in good condition, but they keep the aircon off until May, so that was a bit annoying. The staff speak some English, don't bother with the breakfast buffet, it is overpriced and the selection is not very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a generally positive experience, but it is fairly bare bones, but that should be expected with the price.

Good hotel but need improvement”

Although I booked it for a very very cheap price(5800¥ for twin!), it provide me an stunning city view top floor corner window room which I think normal price need about 20000¥? The room size isn't ot very big but enough for you expend your luggage well, as we booked a non smoke room it have zero smell, and you can feel the cleaness of room once you lay on the bed without any sticky feeling. As I likely to walk around on steeet, five minutes to subway and about 15-30 mins footway to downtown is ok for me, but if you need just downstairs then shopping, pick another hotel. Everything is well expect the email handling. i sent one Japanese and one English email to enquiry some information to hotel mailbox that I found on APA GROUP website two weeks before. And I have zero reply even now. That's the only point I have to reduce the mark.

Convenient Business Hotel close enough to Tenjin”

The location is not bad, it is next to Watanabe-Dori station, only 1 station away from TENJIN STATION, the main business area. Or it is only like a 15-20 minute by walk to TENJIN and taxis easy enough to get from there. It is also across from NEW OTANI, so its easy to find the location. The room was very clean and conveniently provides the necessary ammenities as a good business hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive, but their English is weak. I can speak Japanese ok so for me it was no problem, but I noticed other non-Japanese speaking foreigners having some challenges with the check-in staff. Overall I thought the room fit my needs and very comfortable. However, I believe the price was slightly high for what you get. Additionally the morning breakfast did not appeal to me.

Beautiful hotel, close to JR station and buses”

The hotel is great - definitely better than 2 stars. It's only 1 km from the JR station (we walked), and also a very close walk to some central areas in the city. It is very inconvenient to get from and to the airport, though, so if you are flying in AND out of Fukuoka, I would stay somewhere else.

Comfortable room size with good and convenient location ”

- Location is great. Airport Bus just across the hotel, takes about 25 mins direct from airport to the hotel. 24 hrs Sunny supermarket and Lawson just besides the hotel. There are wet market besides and across the hotel as well. 10 mins walk to Tenjin Station and 15 mins walk to Hakata Station and Canal City. - Room considered big in Japan. . - Almost all the staff are not fluent with English, however they will still try to assist. We arrived early at 11am, they are unable to check us in, so we went for breakfast and have a walk around the hotel with our 12 months baby. (however they are able to assist to keep/place our luggages at the lobby)We came back again at 1pm, hopefully they will assist so that our baby can rest after a long night, however they can't accommodate and we waited till 2.45pm and saw a guy able to check in, then we asked and managed to checked in. It will be nice and appreciative if the staff takes the initiative to offer us as we were at the lobby.
