Wall too Thin”

The wall between rooms are too thin. The room besides me make a lot of noise from 12mnto 3am and then continue back after 7am. they are having party in the room . Complained to the reception and still same noisy. No action taken.

Best Transit Hotel”

I chose Bawa Int'l Hotel as a transit hotel from Mumbai Int'l Airport to the local airport in Mumbai. It is the best choice for its cleanliness and comfort, it is a better choice and value for money than the other expensive hotels around the airport

GOOD LOCATION -OLD HOTEL AND OLD STAFF ( THOUGH THE NEW STAFF IS MUCH BETTER)”

I stayed at BAWA international to attend conference at Santacruz. The location is perfect near the main road and across to Domestic airport , international airport is also not too far. Rooms - are dated, small and with no view and require urgent renovation. Solid wooden furniture and wood flooring points to good taste of the original owners which have been painted with dull paint instead of great polish. The older staff is getting tired and need to be relieved from their duties since they always have the unsmiling bored look on their face. On duty manager is always working hard on his computers in his cubicle. The young staff is fresh and helping and friendly and the management needs to encourage this new staff. Mr Ben from reception was always helping me with small things. The room service staff was excellent and very polite. The hotel seems to be trying hard to get most of your money and charge you for small things. International airport pick up and drop is not free but charged.

My stay was excellent as usual but I was disappointed in the cleanliness standard, the maintenance standard and the internet this time. There was quite a bit of hair on the floor in both the bathroom and main room and when I ran a moist towel over the floor there was a lot of dirt as well. Also the internet was very very poor and not up to the standard of a business traveler rated hotel. Maintenance issues included black mold around the caulking in the bathroom and a leaking toilet flush that took brute strength to actually push. The internet allows you to send approximately one email before it drops the connection and you have to re-connect. The restaurant is the best part about this hotel as they serve excellent food with wonderful selection and room service at odd hours. However, the lighting in the restaurant is very poor so the hotel might consider adding some windows and gardens outside, or at least some additional lights overhead. The paint is also badly pealing in the restaurant and should be maintained soon. The staff is great.

Just an okay hotel”

There's a certain musty smell in the hotel room. Probably due to the fact that it's a smoking floor (even though I requested for a non-smoking room). Staff was friendly and ever ready to assist. It was just for a couple of nights and it's convenient to the hotel. But i wouldn't really recommend if it's for a family or a longer stay.

Newly renovated, beautifully done, so comfortable”

A bit noisy because of street construction but an outstanding hotel, newly renovated and quite luxurious in the super deluxe room. Huge, comfortable bed, roomy, sitting area, nice work area, nice use of marble, good sized bathroom. Free wi-fi. Very nice choice on complimentary breakfast. Airport transfers. Very near domestic airport. Reasonable rates. I was so pleased with BAWA and will always return here.

Excellent location for Airport access”

It was a very pleasant stay. The location was terrific for getting to the Domestic Airport easily and avoiding the congested traffic conditions which prevail at all times of the day. What relevance to India was the question about the Santa Cruz Domestic Airport?? My answer is a nonsense as is the question.

A fabulous hotel to stay, value for money and located at a central location. I was there for 2 days for business and I found it very convenient to travel. There wasnt much of hassle in approaching destinations as the hotel is centrally located. I could reach for all my meetings in 30 minutes. The breakfast spread and food was decent.

For 10+ years I have travelled with Novotel group across the world. In Feb 2013 I had an extremely bad experience with them in Hyderabad and Juhu beach. This time decided to change. Was looking for something near the airport. Read reviews about Bawa and must say it was a wonderful experience. I will be back again in August 2013. Keep it up guys.

Nice, only thing my flight from Kulalumpur was at 2.00 am, we to call hotel twice for pickup waiting at the airport, the pickup time was send twice through mail but the office said they were not having information. rest was ok.

it is a hotel just next to international and domestic airports which makes it very convenient to travel to any other places. the hotel provide free airport transportation that save a lot of troubles. also the offered price is very acceptable. the room and service are also good. it is definitely a good choice for people who need to have a comfortable rest and travel.

Nice hotel for airport transfer”

I stayed at the hotel for one night during connection between my international flight that landed after 22:00 and my morning domestic flight to Chennai. I didn't get hotel transfer from the international airport but I got the frop off at the domestic airport at the morning. The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good and I liked also the bar at the basement.

출장 중 이용. 국내선 터미널에서 걸어서 3~4분 거리. 국제선은 택시로 안 막히면 10~15분 정도.. 시설은 낡은 편인데 양호하게 관리되어서 쓸 만함.가격 대비 양호한 듯. I haven't traveled to India very often. So not an expert but this is what I personally felt. I stayed there on a business trip.I am not a heavy traveler to I chose this place for its location and price and it did meet my expectation. But it did not have what Agoda says it has- No fitness/gym and Free WiFi. Internet was chargeable from lobby and in guest rooms, too. This is another cost factor. Consider. More details: - Location. Walking distance form domestic airport/terminal- about 3 minutes with free walking without any bags :-). 10 to 15 minutes and + to the International airport/terminal, heavily depending on traffic. - Building itself and everything with the hotel itself is not new. Feels a bit old but well maintained. - Food. Don't even remember.. - So, a good place for 1 or 2 nights layover for busy business travelers. A hotel that does what <$100 costs per night.

I accidentally booked near the airport when I meant to be nearer Colabah. Which meant I had to travel down to do sightseeing. So this is not the best location for seeing Mumbai. I took the train daily down to Churchgate or another station. That said though, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff are attentive, the room clean and spacious, and everything in the room functioned.

The hotel is located just next to Mumbai international and domestic airport, it is very convenient for traveller to be settled down and get a comfortable rest. Also because the place is just next to the western highway, people can travel to almost anywhere in Mumbai without too much trouble. It is a good choice for traveller of all kinds of choices.

stay was great, all the staff was great. we arrived late due to travel delay, but hotel management made all the arrangements for late check in as well as they provided us with complementary upgrade as well. i would definitely stay again.
