Ho soggiornato nella parte nuova dell'hotel”

Aspetti positivi sono la camera spaziosa, pulizia di tutti gli ambienti, bella terrazza con piscina e tutto lo staff gentilissimo e premuroso(da 10) L'hotel si trova in una via centrale e comoda con la BTS, solo 3 minuti a piedi. Il quartiere come l'hotel sono frequentati prevalentemente da mediorientali, però è una zona sicurissima! Aspetti negativi nessuno

Not the new kid on the block, but still one of the best”

There cannot be a better management team among Bangkok hotels. Staff were always on their toes, and doing an excellent job of communicating. Nothing was too small for their attention, and they stayed with my complaints and special requests until they had accomplished a perfect solution. My room was spacious, beautifully laid out, and spotlessly clean. Lobby staff quickly learned my face, and were ready with a smile and greeting as they summoned an elevator, and before my forays out into the wilds of Sukhumvit, they always knew exactly where to send me that was walkably close, and reasonably priced. The setting of Boulevard couldn't be better for someone visiting Bangkok for the first time, or the hundredth time. Everything is close to hand, and it's only a few steps to the Nana BTS elevated train station. There you can catch a break from the nightmare of Bangkok traffic in one of the fast, clean, and comfortable sky trains, which also connect to the nearby subway station at Asoke.

My Assessment”

Swimming pool beautiful. Food superb. Alcoholic drinks pricey. Location excellent in tourist district. Gym satisfactory needs updating. Equipment is old. Rooms very clean. Staff courteous and polite. Business Center outstanding. Sometimes language barrier is an issue. Transportation easily accessible.

Summary”

The service and breakfast buffet are superb. The carpet in the room needs shampooing. Stained. Fitness Center adequate but no steam and sauna, a shortcoming. The bathroom supplies are fantastic. Housekeeping services are outstanding. Business Center outstanding. Beautiful swimming pool. Alcoholic drinks are pricey.

My Evaluation Summar”

I wish the hotel has steam room and sauna. The carpet in the room is stained and needs shampooing or replacing. The air conditioning in the fitness center keeps going off regularly. The service and the food is superb. All the staff is very helpful and tactful.

Good Hotel with Great Staff”

We had a very good experience specially the staffs were very good in providing various support and were utterly helpful. Specially Mr. John at the reception was exceptionally cordial and helpful. All the best to him. We will surely com back again.

It’s my 4th or 5th time at this Hotel and it’s my first return in 3 years? The most impressive thing that has remained the same is the Breakfast Buffet, it probably the best in Bangkok, if not the whole of Thailand? The choice of different types of food available is vast!!! And all good quality products. The hotel is 3 or 4 minutes walk to Nana BTS and there are many bars, restaurants and entertainment centre’s nearby. The only downside to this Hotel is that it is getting a little dated but the Breakfast makes up for any shortcomings on style!!!

Average stay”

It's one of my best places to stay in , especially if I am traveling alone or with friends as it's very close to most shopping places and popular area which is easy access by sky train. Unfortunately the housekeeping didn’t do a good job in cleaning our room , as some of the potato chips were on the floor since we checked-in till we checked out. It’s still the same hotel as most are familiar with as AMARI but it changed the management or something. I would still consider it for next trips and I hope they manage to take care and pay more attention to the housekeeping. Oh also when I checked out the front desk said that we consumed some items of the minibar which we didn’t use at all ! .. which was a bit surprising ! however we were asked to write that note down to give us our money back.

Looks old but cozy and good position”

The hotel room looks old but location close to the BTS station. Good for traveler. Funny thing about the hotel's internet wi-fi tho. We must activate via our email which is weird since we won't need hotel's wi-fi if we can connect to internet and access our email in the first place.

the room , facilities in the room like electric plugs and breakfast are not to the standard of 4 star hotel and the money we paid. fresh juice is not offered the service in the dinning room is also poor

Is in a good location ”

The hotel is near the Arab area and easy to reach the arab restaurants and the arab market in Bangkok

Boulevard Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit”

Hotel itself is getting worse and worse each time I stay there. Housekeeping is not good, saw some hair on the floor form previous guests, many bathroom fixtures broken. Bathroom smells sewage. A/C unit not working well. Many TV channels of very poor picture quality. Pool not maintained, edge of the pool is rough with sharp edges. Housekeeping entering the room without knocking first. Worst of all there are cockroaches in the room, albeit small, had to use boiling water to kill it as I spotted it near the kettle. Checking in and out kind of clumsy, reception tried to charge me for Evian water which I did not use, not to mention they were not aware that hotel was pre-paid and tried to charge me again until they found this mistake. Elevcators also not in good quality. Doorbell does not work. Toilet not flushing very well... Only good thing was a breakfast but I am afraid it wont be enough to make me stay there again. They need some serious renovation and housekeeping improvements.

This must be the oldest hotel I've stayed at in Bangkok. Cracks and stains on ceiling and floor, stains on carpet. A dirty feeling all over. 2,400 baht for a night, even if I had paid 1,500 I had been disappointed. Don't stay at this hotel, there are so much better in the area.

OK hotel”

It's not bad. The pool is nice, but a little tricky getting to it. Nice fitness center. This area of Sukhumvit is the Arab/Middle East area, so lots of good food for that. A bit crowded walking around on Sukhumvit, because of all the street stalls.
