The hotel was absolutely clean & the staff was the best. We were not denied any thing we asked for. Our only complaint is there is no daily cleaning or linen service. This is due to COVID I guess or personal shortage. Beds were never made & had to ask for more towels which we just piled up in a corner. One other shortcoming was no hot breakfast. Again due to COVID. They offered a "bag breakfast"??? which we did not want. However we would stay here again if we returned to the area. The important things were the cleanliness, comfortable beds, location & courteous & professional staff.

surprised me, very clean, modern bedroom and bathroom furniture. great pool, perfect water temperature. breakfast was not served in the dining area, but they gave a bag to take to the room with good options. I will be back again.

We picked Country Inn & Suites based on its location as we were in town for a crusade at the convention center. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and friendly staff. We will stay there next time we have an event n Gatlinburg. It was walking distance from just about everything in town.

Location was great, parking was good and safe, staff is really nice, rooms were big and clean BUT..bed was hard, we could hear everything going on in the next room which woke us up and breakfast came in a BAG.

Stopped in gatlinburg for a quick day visit and needed a place to stay for the night. We tried to check in early (11:30am) as my toddler really needed a nap, but unfortunately they didn’t have any clean rooms yet. Not a big deal, was just hoping we could get in early. The rooms we got were great! Lots of space for us to set up the pack n play. We reserved two rooms as we were traveling with my parents and they gave us adjoining rooms which was perfect! The rooms seemed very clean and the heating/cooling worked just fine. They mentioned we could get a bagged breakfast so when leaving the next morning we stopped at the desk for that. The person working the desk stated the sandwiches needed heated up, but we had already checked out of our rooms and returned our keys. There were no microwaves to use in the coffee area so we were unable to eat them. Overall it was a nice play to stay and was within walking distance of everything downtown.

We stayed there for a day. The room was clean and the location was great. However, we were able to hear people talking from other room. Also the breakfast they provide was to go breakfast unlike other hotels which provide hot breakfast.Other than that our stay was great

Once pulling into the parking lot, I was not impressed. I told my husband that I sure hope it is better inside. Once we were inside that was definitely the case. The staff was nice, the rooms were nice and in a great location! There were a couple things that could use attention. One being there is no comforters on the beds, only a sheet and a fancy sheet. Two, the "heated pool" didn't seem heated at all as it is in the basement and the cold air return definitely made it less than enjoyable, too bad there wasn't a hot tub. Third, the elevator did not go to the basement which didn't affect us but would if we were older or handicap. Overall it was a good experience and we would consider staying again.

Great price for last minute booking and location was ideal to walk strip. Pool was steaming hot so unable to actually swim. Weight room was a mess and no weights to use, only treadmill available working. Breakfast pick up at registration was nice breakfast in bag but was hoping for bar to choose from. Overall great stay for price.

Our staying was pretty good until we realized that they are NOT serving BREAKFAST AT ALL. This was "due to covid", wich I consider ridiculous since no employee was wearing a mask. I believe is just a plan to save money and instead offering as a reward coffee available all day. Otherwise, the SWIMMING POOL WASN'T HEATED it was cold loke an ice. This are two important things for me in a travel and the main reasons I had booked this hotel so I was very dissaponted. Hotels update their listing when they are not offering all the services. Eventhough my room was nice and clean I didn't get what I wanted for the money I spent.

Moldy, No Parking, No Breakfast”
Pass on this hotel. No breakfast as advertised, pool was milky white slimy, smell of mold throughout, Elevator is a dilapidated mess, not enough parking for rooms so you either leave your car or have to use the overflow lot 2 blocks away in the dark. The staff unfortunately was fantastic, they deserve a better hotel.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. They do Not offer breakfast as stated in their listing. They do not have daily housekeeping. The door on our room didn’t close on its own, you had to manually pull it closed when leaving or entering.

Exceeded all expectations ”
This was not only the cleanest hotel I've visited in Gatlinburg, but the staff was both friendly and patient at all times. The rooms are perfectly maintained, desk staff was professional, and the breakfast staff is above and beyond any I've ever seen, providing the absolute best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel anywhere in the region. I highly recommend this hotel and it's staff, along with Agoda.com and the level of quality displayed by this team together. Our stay at Gatlinburg was perfect because of this and we plan to return to the same location soon.

Well this was not the worst hotel, but definitely not the best. Housekeeping was very loud in the morning so don’t plan on sleeping in past 8am. The entire set of entrances by the staircases do not work. So you have to walk all the way around the building to get in, which has more traffic of course. There is virtually no parking. The limited spaces are full, with the exception of a few spaces. I’m assuming employees use the guest parking as well. The extra parking lot is past other houses and hotels and it’s sketchy walking there at night. Staff was pretty rude overall. They hang out in the dining/guest area all day and look at you crazy when you’re in their area. My kids and I always like the cookies at the check in desk. But the cookies are consistently burnt lol. Yes, this is a small thing but when I asked on day 3 if they had any cookies that weren’t overdone, the woman said “ew, you like them not cooked all the way, I always cook them all the way”(I like my cookies normal). So they intentionally burn the cookies to their preference. Water was noisy in the bathroom. Carpets need to be shampooed. The beds weren’t the best, and the tv didn’t work half the time. If you get a really cheap deal it’s an ok hotel, but there are better options for the price in the area.
