I am staying in VN since 2013 this hotel staying since opening but now need to change”
I am staying this hotel since it was started. The staffs are all got replaced and the response is not like earlier. Breakfast items were reduced when compare to earlier and they are focus only on Korean people. It is not my feel and inside the hotel all instruction are displayed in Korean/china.

The hotel is in close proximity to the beach and a street with several restaurants. I preferred to stay in the downtown area over the beach area as there was more to see and do there. The breakfast at this hotel was very bad. The bed and shower were okay. Toilet became clogged very easily. I was kept awake all night by water dripping onto metal on the balcony from the air conditioning unit.

Great value for money”
I needed a place to join the Danang marathon. After checking various locations I found this Hotel. I arrived at 00:30AM and the staff welcomed me to my room which was super clean and spacious. During the 2 days that I stayed there, all staff were very friendly. Ah.....about the price. I was expecting far less quality than I got now. This hotel is really well recommended.

Nice hotel with great room. Staff was friendly and nearby to beach. Just walk 5 minutes. Surrounding has food nearby. To town, need to walk a bit. Sure will stay here again next time when visit Danang.

Fantastic hotel for the money”
The staff were very very good, we did an early start for a day trip to Hue, and the staff offered a packed breakfast without any mention from ourselves, hired a motor cycle and had to change due to a mechanical fault and refunded money for the fuel, they bent over backwards for us and was really appreciated by us :), breakfast changed everyday, only had a small selection but was really good for such a small hotel.

Far enough from over crowded streets and highway, and near enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Staffs are awesome, as in all staffs. Including desk, bell boy and dining place.

This hotel has a small lobby and is old and all facilities need immediate upgrading. Room has a kind of smell lucky the window can be open. Breakfast room is so small and food on offer has limited choices. Once there is a small group the room is filled. We stay here as our other friends were following the group tour that put them here. One very slow lift when come to peak hours you need to wait at least 10 mins to get down to the lobby. On one day told the bell boy to inform the house keeping to clean the room while we went out for lunch but 3 hours later the room still not being clean and the housekeepers said no one has told them to clean the room earlier on! I surely won’t not return again!

Please be informed that our hotel has 34 rooms, and I think there is some confusion when you say that there is a small group the room is filled. Our lobby is not small even it is bigger than other 3-star hotel. About the room you stayed, you book the room type Deluxe room with city view, but when I was informed that you will stay with your wife in your wedding anniversary, I immediately free upgrade your room into Apartment One-bedroom which has fill equipped cooking facility and of course larger and more comfortable, also you can see your room is on the 8th floor with sea view. About the incident of cleaning the room for you when you went our for lunch, we sincerely apologize to you on this, also our breakfast will be surely improved. Finally, we hope will have another chance to welcome you again. Regards!

Stayed for 1 night with 2 little ones. Clean family connecting rooms. Have the usual amentities u need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was really really basic. Expect only few vietnamese dish and toast bread with butter. Vinmart on the left of hotel. Lots of chinese infused food on the right of hotel.

Much smaller than most of the hotels in the area but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than make up for this. The hotel is near everything and has scooters available for very reasonable prices to get further afield. Breakfast was good and our stay in Danang was extremely pleasant

Clean and professional budget hotel ”
Pros: friendly, professional staff, clean and simple room with comfortable bed, great location 2 minutes from the beach. Cons: strange but plentiful breakfast (unfortunately I found a hair in my coffee mug), hallways were quite noisy.

Hotel staff were friendly enough but this hotel is mainly aimed at the Asian tourist market. Near the sea front and endless seafood restaurants. Ok for a night or two and nothing wrong with the hotel it's just that this area of Da Nang is very boring.

The staff here are very friendly and provide luggage storage if needed. They also offer bikes for borrow free of charge. The food here is really good and their lunch menu is tasty as well, although we were the only ones in the restaurant during the afternoon. The location is next to the beach and within a close cab ride to the Han River which looks AMAZINGLY at night. Be sure to go to Cau Rong at night to see the dragon bridge when it's lit up.

Decent room, friendly staff, good location”
My first impression walking into the room was 'This is great!', which always feels pretty important. However, there were a few downsides. My room was listed as having a balcony, but it didn't. In fact, from walking around the building, it doesn't look like any of them have balconies. Also, the noise from the lift was audible in my room, and not just when it stopped at my floor, but when it stopped at every other floor, and as such woke me up every morning at 7. The staff were friendly, and tried their best, but sometimes didn't have the connections to arrange things that you might expect at other hotels (like tours, car rentals). Oh, and the location is near the beach, but not much else, but I gave it a high score, because Da Nang is so spread out that that's kind of true everywhere.

This is the fisrt time i travel to Da Nang and stay at Green House hotel. I'm very pleased about this hotel due to frendly - comfortable - cheap and good food. I will come back here when i go to Da Nang again :)

It is a new hotel. It is clean and tidy. All staff are friendly. The location of of the hotel is very close to the beach. A lot of eatery including seafood restaurant are around. It is not far to go into downtown.

It is a great way to enjoy Da Nang Vietnam and the excellent trips to following places Marble Mountains, Ho An Ancient Town, BaNa Hills, Cham Island, and Hue.
