Will Be Back”

It is a wonderful stay here, the breakfast is good. Staff are friendly. The hotel is link with Isetan shopping center so it is very convenience. It is along the walking street, so you can shop with peace. The only disappointment is that no doubt they claim that Wi-Fi is free, but there is no connection at all througout my 7 days there. And the pillow is a bit too small and bed a bit too soft.

WONDERFUL HOTEL”

This is a good hotel to stay in for shopping convenience, and you get to relax in the spa after a whole day of shopping. The staff there are very friendly and polite. The rooms are of good size but the bed is a bit too soft and the pillow too small.

Great boutique type hotel”

The hotel is excellent for shopping lovers..it's exactly in the heart of shopping centers n the fame chunxi road...it's a bit of problem to travel in n out of the hotel during peak hours..traffic is a nightmare..

Convenient location and modern interiors!”

I like the location of the hotel as it's above Isetan Department Store and literally on Chunxi Street. There is also the metro station right acroos the road if taxi is difficult to get. The interior decoration is modern and clean. Very good shower with walk-in cubicles. There is a great variety of choices from the buffet breakfast and extra child breakfast was RMB50 which ws rather reasonable. I would like to recommend this to my friends visiting Chengdu and wouldn't mind staying there aghain in the future.

The location of this hotel is ideal for business & leisure. I had a confortable & clean room. The service of this hotel is accetable as a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately, My stay was too short to enjoy any facility.

confortable room”

I accompanied my clients to Chengdu for a businss trip. We arrive very late and check out early. We did not really had enough to enjoy this hotel. However, my clients (old age couple) were quite satisfy of the hotel thanks to the nice & confortable room.

Excellent rooms, location and buffet at restaurant”

this is honestly the best hotel i've stayed at in china for the price. the rooms were spacious, provided free internet and the health spa offered very reasonable massage prices. the lunch buffet was an outstanding deal at 98rmb and offered a huge selection of food and desserts at great quality. staff were all very attentive and polite. reception spoke english too. i would definitely stay there the next time i am in chengdu with zero hesitation.

Central location with comfortable rooms”

Great central location with restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all within walking distance. You could generally get a taxi right outside the front door. Many good tourist spots are very close, costing you less than 50 yuan to get to by taxi. The girls at the front desk, and many of the local coffee shop staff, speak fairly good english.

Good location and service with a smile”

When we arrived at the hotel, we thought that we've made a mistake by choosing this hotel as the lobby is small and not impressive at all. When we entered the room, we are so pleased to find such nice bathroom. The water pressure is good and there is even a hair dryer in the drawer. This hotel will definitely be my choice again should I return to Chengdu as it is centrally located in the Chunxi Square. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable and have kept me well rested for 3 nights.

Lovely decor with a personal touch”

wonderful centralised location that can shop, eat and relax. why need to write so many words, just visit chengdu and you will know what i am talking. the hotel is just above isetan shopping and location is like singapore's orchard road. only problem is hailing a taxi during peak hours. very tough and can wait till one hour and still no taxi coming in. but overall, if you are first time in chegdu, can try this hotel. only no swimming pool in the hotel. the rest are good as this hotel is managed by a hong kong boss. and usually hong kong boss will take pride in their hotel. the decor is good and the air inside is fresh.

Nice hotel in good location”

we had a great 3 night stay at the haiyatt. it was a nice, clean hotel in a convenient location in the center of the city. the room has cnn, espn, and bbc, as well as other international channels, and the breakfast wasn't bad. we would stay here again.

Good location with nice decoration”

located in the heart of the city. next to chunxi road which is a famous commercial shopping street. breakfast is acceptable but need to have more varieties. overall it doesn't look like a five star facility given the exterior of the hotel building is a bit old. interior is good. staffs should have more smiles and be more helpful.

A Great Place to Stay”

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Haiyatt Garden. The room was clean and has a lovely smell of freshness whenever I come back from a day's outing. I was there everyday for a good foot massage. The therapist are skillful. Great value for money. It was beyond my expectations. The breakfast spread was superb. The Concierge was helpful in making tour arrangement for my friend and I. One of them even walked us to the Sichuan Opera nearby as we weren't sure of the directions given. There are plenty of places to shop around the hotel.... individual shops, department stores, and malls.

Great Value for Price”

We stayed in total 6 nights here and we would come back at any time. Although its not the cheapest 4 star in town (we tried another one and moved back to this hotel, because we missed the qualities here so much). You will be happy to spend a few dollars more a night here, as there is little to complain. The breakfast variety is great, the staff friendly, the rooms are great, location is hard to beat and the in room dining, although not the hugest selection, absolutely of high standard. The location is right in the centre of Chengdu, close to the major shopping streets. The hotel is fairly new and the design pleasing. The only complaint is maybe the spa. The facilities were average, the level of the massage poor and the seats uncomfortable. However its not a big problem, as there are massage or foot massage places everywhere in town.

Convenient location, close to subway and bus stations, IFS Shopping center just across the street, lots of shops and department stores nearby.. garment whosale district is half mile away.. the hotel room is old but clean. Heldul staff too.

Great Stay and Location”

Hotel is clean with good room facilities. It's location is just fantastic as it is just round the corner to the Cunyi Pedestrian Street. Great for shopping although most malls sell the same thing and if you are looking for imported branded products, there's not much of a bargain although you get good variety.

Highly recommended”

As stay was everything we needed it to be. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices of food well presented. The hotel was in an excellent position for all amenities and taxi service was always available. The new Mall (IFS) opposite had a fantastic choice of designer shops and restaurants. We would recommend this hotel without reservations.

Very nice stay, arrived after midnight but no problem with check in. Friendly staff arrange a driver and car for the day, great driver, took us to all the best attractions. Hotel breakfast very good for both asian and western. Hotel is located in main shopping square, food, clothing, etc. shopping all within walking distance of hotel.

The hotel and the service was excellent”

first it was Misunderstanding , i was order transfer car from airport to hotel but when i arrive to Chengdu airport i have not seen the car driver waiting for me , the hotel was not inform me if the car driver will be come to pick up me or not the second thing it's i was order Deluxe King Bed and when i arrived hotel they say to me there is not available Deluxe King Bed and they say i have to stay one night on Standard room then will be change my room to Deluxe King , anyway the hotel and my room after they change for me it was satisfied

First impression of this hotel was favorable. I did like bathroom design with glass walls (with privacy segments of course), lots of storage was available. My room had a view of roof top garden and pedestrian street with some shopping malls. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk to Tianfu Square and walk is along busy shopping street with plenty of upscale shops. Hotel stuff was very helpful and majority of them spoke English. I was very pleased with stay and service at this hotel.
