Worst experience ever”
It was my daughter birthday party, so we wanted to be a in a beach resort. i believe for the money paid we should had a 5 start experience, however, every thing is at most 1 start, the place is infested with ants, where the staff asked us to spray the place to get rid of ants. the staff are rude and treated guest as thieves, the place is old and broken down. it was endless suffering and could not wait for this experience to end.

Have used this hotel many times, as its location is ideal for my business trip. This is not ideal for business travellers who wish to be in the city centre. Rooms are spacious Breakfast is excellent Good and friendly staff Very good spa!!!

Nice to be back at Hilton Kuwait Resort. Enjoyed the Buffet dinner and the breakfast at TEATRO. The staff on reception are welcoming, and helpful. Special thanks to Mary-Ann, Vicky and Sara. The hotel does have to be careful on rates, as other hotels are now available in this part of Kuwait.....the big advantage for me, is the location!!

Bad Stay”
This is one of the weird hotel that push me to reserve another room instead of the chalet I reserved recently. The reason is that I dont have family although if I am British or American they wouldn't say that to him. I strongly recommend to change this policy if the customer is not Kuwaiti.

I visit this hotel a few times annually, and always find friendly staff, good service, and good big rooms! It can be a bit on the "pricey" side, but it is well located for my business visit. Breakfast is excellent in Teatro!! I also had a lovely meal during this visit at the Lebanese Restaurant!!

Does not match the expectations ”
It was a nice stay, but there was a problem with the AC ,I called several times to fix it but still was very hot. The beach was not clean,trash was everywhere and coverd by seaweeds The kitchen didn't have basic stuff like cups and pots.

Not what I expected ”
I didn't enjoy my stay because there were people trying to take pictures with their mobiles of me and my husband, I felt there was no privacy because the hotel pool and beach was open to anyone who was not staying at the hotel, some of those people did not respect the hotel guests privacy

Great Resort in Kuwait”
I had a very pleasant stay. My room was cozy. I like the beach view. Breakfast was impressive with a lot of choices. Nice swimming pool. I did not like the beach because it was full of lichen, but I guess that there is nothing to do about it. The Jacuzzi is huge and stunning. I highly recommend this resort

reception lines and rules for check it was a bad surprise. at check in there was lines and long waiting time. no one told us about the check in rules and was not written any where in the reservation. you have to bring children IDs, and one person must be over 40 years old, or no check in what so ever. we had to go back home to bring IDs and stay in lines again to check in. imagine the disappointment and the frustration :( not staying again, and not recommended to a friend. dangerous sea depth level for children.

overall, 9 out of 10. the hotel is superb from food to internet speed to cleanliness and comfortness of the room. only down side that its a bit far from the center, but taxi service is always available.
