This place is 50 meter walk away from Karol Bagh market which is a good thing other than that there’s nothing much to say about this hotel.We booked 2 rooms but the rooms were very pathetic. The reception counter and the restaurant looks very good which is the best picture they show on site.last word DONT GO THERE

Well its my 3rd stay in Karolbagh and I am very surprised to see hotel like Emperor palms maintains things in this busy area. Starting from the good morning breakfast till the day end, everything you get is more than what u pay. Definitely gonna stay again and will suggest people to be in here without any doubt.

Finally I get a time to drop some line. I was there in November 2017. Had a great time there. Friendly staff & especially the hotel owner (Old Sadar Ji) He's very nice and friendly if to compare with his son. His son should learn lots from him, If he want the prosper of his hotel. He should learn to smile & Welcome guest. By showing his weird attitudes, He earn nothing.

I was There with my husband in November for 3 days and We had a good times there..We really like the room, It's Clean & Modern. Friendly Services And Breakfasts was too good..It's Suitable for Couples, Family and Etc :)

I will never recommend this hotel , nor step foot in this hotel . Cold water , dirty , outdated , rude staffs , poor service, dangerously electrical wires , archaic , no lights , For the price paid it was not worth it , the staff were never helpful especially the punjabi guy. they force you to do what they want and stay in a place that is vomiting to stay. no hot water to shower in the morning unless u ask for the reception permission t shower then they switch on the boiler. overall don't go there its not worth the rating given by Agoda

got totally cheated by this property. i had booked 3 rooms for 5 pax, when we arrived after full day of driving, they had only 1 room for us - they kept blaming agoda for the problem. then i called agoda and they said payment is taken for all rooms. after a lot of hassle, finally got 1 big family room for 4 of us and another room in a property 4 km away - in the middle of the night we had to drop my friend there. rooms were horrible. the rooms were so old super noisy fans curtain and cushions were torn and smelly the water heater in the bathroom gave us electric shocks no wifi horrible and we paid so much for it - and we were cheated by the hotel and agoda.

No professionalism at all! Missed my flight because they screwed up my airport transfer, gave an old useless small car (supposed to be an SUV for 2 adults and 4 baggage’s), driver had an accident and ditched us in the middle of the road! Spent over extra 400 USD for the two of us to get another cab and book another flight. They don’t speak English here btw. Imagine the hardship we faced! Disappointment.

Spacious room and easily accessible to karol bagh market. Walking distance of less than 5 minutes to the main market. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, room is clean, just only that the water pressure is a little slow. Overall was good

Good Hotel for the price ”

It is a nice budget hotel, close to karol bagh metro. lot of shopping. staff is friendly. rooms are fine too.. the only problem is it is a bit hard to find when you if you take a taxi from airport. take help from the hotel staff to guide the taxi driver.

Hotel and room is very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Whenever a need arise, the staff of the hotel were there. Two problems, 1) wifi signal is not received inside the room. 2) Food is not good

Nice hotel and good location”

Spend one night between flights from Goa to Helsinki. Excellent location in Delhi, Karol Bagh. Near Karol Bagh metro station. Little bit hard to find the hotel, even for taxidriwer. Location is in short alley. Lots of shops, restaurants and everything. Certainly will return to this hotel,when visiting Delhi.

Great location, helpful staff”

Had a very pleasant stay here. The only faults I could find with the hotel was the fact that there was building work going on which was quite loud as I had just come off a long haul flight and also there was a huge fuss made of my airport transfer in the morning (it was confirmed by about 4 different people and I was woken at 11pm to confirm the fourth time). Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

Lovely hotel in a great location”

my husband and i absolutely loved our stay at hotel emperors palm. the room was big and spacious. the staff at the hotel were absolutely helpful. they were very friendly. the food was delicious. i enjoyed the afternoon walk to the market and the friendly faces at the hotel. i will def stay at this hotel again. transport is very easily obtained near the hotel.

I couldn’t get on my flight and once I called up to change my booking or cancel my booking no one was able to help! It’s so unprofessional and disappointing that they ignored my email and haven’t responded about changing the dates for check in!

Pros; very good location Cons: we took the executive and premium room, the hot water doesn't work, water is soo smelly especially at the sink; bathroom is soo dodgy, bed is a nightmare(very very worn of mattress). Worst part is they don't change the towels daily, they literally re-fold the older towels that are used n keep it back there. How disgusting is that? And we took an extra bed, it felt like we were sleeping on a plywood. We had a total of 5 people, so the usuals is hotels usually gives 2 new bottles of water everyday but over here if we don't ask them they won't do it, and even if we ask them they'll just keep 1 bottle of water. The hotel is very very dodgy and doesn't deserve the stars it has.

tThe room was no as the picture displayed small in size bathroom not so clean.. location was good just a walking distance to Carol Bargh market. Food was ok dun have much choice. Not worth for the money paid need more facilities. Bed Matress was so hard cant sleep well.

The hotel is located in the middle of a market making it difficult for cabs to reach the roads are very narrow and noisy at night. If you are in Delhi for shopping then this is a very good place to stay. Nothing else. Rooms are a bit small for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). They say that they have a baby cot but they just have an extra bed which makes the room very crammed up!
