Bellissimo hotel di grande suggestione con l'acquario in camera al posto delle finestre, un relax ed una luce bellissima ed un grande fascino! Consigliati sismo a chiunque voglia un hotel differente e prestigioso

Molto bello con camere grandi e ben arredato”

Soggiorno piacevole con possibilita' di visionare una zona con minore traffico in Manila, possibilita' di fare passeggiate in parco molto bello ed originale, visionare tutte le caratteristiche del parco oceanico nel quale si trova l'hotel e del centro commerciale adiacente con spettacoli di animali acquatici, grande acquario e piante marine. Prezzo molto contenuto rispetto ai servizi ricevuti. Molto consigliato per coloro che hanno con se' bambini che possono trovarsi in un paradiso

Design hotel di grande impatto”

Albero di design, la mia stanza era tra le piou lontane dalla reception con vista sulla baia, tramonto alla sera molto scenografico. Amenities soddisfacenti, colazione intercontinentale ampia e ben fornita. Stanza confortevole e dimensioni adeguate alla categoria. Wireless molto veloce. Gym fornita di macchine essenziali. Nota negativa la localizzazione, di sera diventa una zona praticamente deserta e soffre della difficoltà dei collegamente che si riscontra in tutta Manila.

Sleeping with the fish”

The H2O hotel is well located, clean, and extremely well designed. The design of the room allows you to view the wall length fish tank from almost anywhere in the room. The restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel has a great selection of top meals at reasonable prices also. Staff were great.

Nothing much to do though after the ocean park closes. And there is no pool or enclosed pool where we can swim without much people watching lol. It would also be nice if there are other facilities like maybe a bar that closes at least 2am. I can hear people inside their rooms while walking down the hallway to our rooms. Hehe. Or maybe they are just loud. Rooms are amazing. Love it love it. Love it.

this hotel price expensive in manila. but is quite valuable . you will feel so relax inside hotel room. asian food is yummy. and the place is quite convience. you can call grab easiler . i with my partner enjoyable

Fun in the Aqcuarium Room”

Cool unique room to watch the fish...expect a bit more fishes and some craps in it....so price a bit high. Breakfast is just ok...it is a great once in a life expirience special if you go in the Ocean Park. Would go again with my Kids.

Front Desk”

I booked the Park View room. The rate is reasonable considering the amenities and facilities. But what really impressed me most is the excellent service of the staff . Highly commendable specifically the Front Desk team. They are very accommodating, reliable and friendly. They take action on the needs and requests of clients immediately. I want to give them 10 stars for making our stay enjoyable!

NO windows, so what. We stayed in the Aqua room with the fish tank. The room is nice and updated and very clean. The WIFI works very well in the rooms. But the fish tank is awesome. They keep it clean so the fish glow in the room as they're swimming back and forth.

Great”

We had a great stay in this hotel. It is within the vicinity of the ocean park. The room was perfect as it is one of a kind accommodation - no window but the big aquarium on the wall was amazing 👌 the kids enjoyed watching the fishes swim around as well as we adults, we became kids for awhile 😅. The room was neat and tidy, comfortable beds, complete with toiletries, towels, and complimentary drinks/tea/coffee. Concierge was very helpful and staffs were courteous. The location of the swimming pool however would be more accessible if it is located at the back of the hotel, nonetheless the kids enjoyed a lil while of dip in the pool before our checkout (pool is near the entrance of the sea lion show which is before the entrance of the hotel and the oceanarium which other visitors could see you dressed in your swimsuit haha, but if you dont mind about it youll be fine 😉) Overall it was a perfectly great and memorable stay!!

Clean hotel”

A little expensive but a nice hotel.The biggest problem was getting about because of the heavy traffic. However, that can be said for the whole of Manila

Perfect place”

Pros: quiet and clean Cons: no Netflix, people should be allowed to have their meals outside the hotel's restaurant (where the moonbar is) or to simply hangout, read book to enjoy the breeze. What stood out: excellent service of the employees

Good: Watching the fishes in the aquarium was surprisingly relaxing; Guest service and housekeeping are quick to respond; the power in our room shut down and it was fixed in 5 minutes; Reception and Concierge people are very hospitable; actually, all of them, housekeeping staff, technicians, greet you if they pass by you so that's a thumbs up Bad: Room can be cleaner but good enough; a bit pricey comparing to other 4 star hotel most food establishment closes at 8pm, Makan makan resto closes at 9pm, so there's not much option in there Overall, it was still a lovely place to stay.

Awesome relaxing views of the sea and the fishes”

This hotel is great for families with small children, or for adults who want to feel young again. Before 10 am and after the shows are done, the place is so quiet and looked deserted, but that is when one really appreciates the view. All the staff go out of their way to provide any kind of service, from bringing you water, coffee, anything u need which u can get urself, they offer to get it for u. Room is very clean, food is great, and there are other choices at the restos within the area. I would have loved doing the aquarium shows had my schedule permitted. The view of the Manila Bay sunset is not to be missed.
