Not worth for money ”

I have stayed two times in this Hotel. Because of this hotel is very close to some of the foreign embassies. I stayed normal and deluxe room each time. But I didn’t feel any differences. Old Window AC is very noisy, WiFi is connection is ok not fair inside the room. Complimentary Breakfast is not sufficient.

Family trip to Mumbai”

Very good hospitality, cleanliness, Service and staff are polite. even owner of hotel ensure the every facility by contact with guests. Very nice and safe for family. strongly recommend to others to stay here with family or alone .

Fantastic”

I have no hesitation in reccomending this hotel to anyone who wants budget accommodation in the South Mumbai area. The hotel was under major renovation on one floor at the time of my visit but there was no inconvenience to me during the 2 weeks that I stayed there. I would like to see the finished operation. The staff could not have been more friendly and oblging. Any requests would be carried out immediately and with pleasant smiles. Kudos to all the staff and the pleasant stay I had in this hotel

Staff rude not help at all ask for room service they just give you take menu . Day staff to talk with night staff , told day staff my check out time and what wanted for breakfast. Then get call at 10.45 pm asking same question I answered in day Was asked each day if wanted room cleaned Only give you one small block of soap , nothing else. Not like they say on web site. If you stay there make sure you bring your own things Good sandwich bar just around the corner.

Bad.i dont like shareing my room so having to share with rats was not my idea of a good hotel...being raided by the police at 2 am just to see if i was ok ..staff very noisy till the early hours...

felt cheated”

the first two days i had to keep on reminding them of the complimentary Wi-Fi which they told me was 1 hour a day. the other room i had booked for my son they did not even give us even 10 minutes. He delayed coming and they gave someone the room without consulting us. at least they should have told us so we opened the door only to find some guests in. i actually thought that was really unfair. upon my son's arrival, they did not bother to give him the complimentary Wi-Fi. Last year when we went there, we weregiven water, mineral that is, everyday. But this year it was only upon arrival. the rest we were expeted to buy. Since the hotel has no restaurant, I asked if I could prepare something in their staff kitchen for my husband who ws reacting to foods, they adamantly refused. I tried to beg but to no avail. they could see my husband was not well but they chose not to bend their hotel policy. I mean they should have been humane. i just wanted to boil some oats for him.

It was fair. The staff always wanted to make sure we were comfortable and would be willing to get food for us from the restaurant downstairs. when we needed transport, they quickly ne for us. the hotel has friendly and respecful staff.

Not bad, but there are better options”

internet, very expensive and too slow when working. Many of staffs, don't speak english. If you want your room to be clean, you have to ask for. The water is turned off, overnight. If you want to take a shower, do before 10pm or after 6 am. The drains in the bathroom were blocked. Would probably choose a different hotel next time. Fine to leave your bags shower and sleep.

extra bed we ordered its very congested in room ”

Everything has good & bad things.... We have everyday Hot water problem in the morning and evening times. We ordered extra bed its very congested and packing us for movement in the room. we feel its very bad experience. one more things what we saw in the photo and where we stayed is quiet different....its surprise for us.

neat and compact hotel . centrally located , eassy access to taxi and hence 10-15 taxi ride to most places . good as back packer hotel or or tansit hotel. if you are only staying in hotel for sleep then this hotel is good . few good restaurants near by.
