Un'oasi di conforts da provare”

Il maestoso ingresso già preannuncia l'ottima scelta. Camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti, situati nella parte nuova del resort con accesso privato alla scogliera che e' collegata con un percorso su di pontile di legno alla spiaggia privata. Servizio impeccabile dal check in poi con tutte le attenzioni degne del tipo di struttura. Tutto il personale gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi informazione e assistenza. Pronto e scrupoloso anche di fronte agli imprevisti come la mancanza di acqua calda all'arrivo e il cattivo funzionamento della chiave elettronica sicuramente causati dalla bassa stagione che rende l'Indipendence praticamente disabitato.

Ero indecisa se prenotare un hotel più vicino alla spiaggia di serendipity, ma dopo averla visitita sono contenta di aver optato invece per l'hotel Independence.L'hotel ha una bellissima spiggia privata e puoi lasciare le tue cose sulla spiaggia mentre fai il bagno senza temere che spariscano e non ci sono venditori che disturbano in continuazione. La camera era spaziosa e anche il bagno molto curato, anche se un po'datato. Lo staff era molto cortese e ha risposto co prontezza ad ogni nostra richiesta.La colazione a bouffet molto abbondante e varia.La piscina molto bella, ma non lábbiamo mai usata. L'unico appunto riguarda i due ristoranti. Uno era direttamente sul mare, molto bello, l'atro all'interno del corpo principale del hotel. I due ristoranti servivao lo stesso menu.Visto che l'hotel si trova distante da ogni altro ristorane, sarebbe piu`ragionevole diversificare i menu per offrire più scelta.

Hotel di sicura fama, ma servizio non all'altezza.”

Il soggiorno, seppur breve a causa della notevole presenza turistica a Sihanoukville per il Water Festival, è stato sicuramente piacevole ma non all'altezza delle aspettative. Il servizio, per quanto di categoria superiore, non è stato tale da poter giustificare il prezzo pagato. Mi riferisco in particolare ad un episodio accaduto nella piccola spiaggia privata: giunti per un paio d'ore di relax, a fronte del fatto che i pochi lettini di plastica erano già occupati e gli asciugamani finiti, l'unica risposta che il personale è riuscito a darci è stata che in effetti i lettini erano occupati, che nulla potevano fare e che per gli asciugamani avremmo dovuto aspettare la laundry. Di certo una risposta non all'altezza delle stelle dell'albergo. Ho trovato altresì eccessivo il copsto di 20$ al giorno per l'uso della wirelles.

Resort molto bello ma se fosse anche pulito sarebbe meglio. Non sono riuscita a fare un bagno in piscina per quanto l'acqua fosse sporca

Great place, quiet & far from construction area”

After a night going into the city, we realize how lucky we are to choose this place. Quite, far from construction. Nice view of sea & great ocean pool. Restaurants are great with many choices. Kids love the food there. Great staffs as well. Down side: too many mosquitos & not attentive housekeeping. We stay at the Maxi Cabana. On the day we come, it has heavy rain so there're puddles in front of our rooms. We could not even leave our shoes outside. Though some ladies are around there to clean other rooms, they don't even bother come to fix that. Other than that, hotel is a great jewel in the center of chaos Sihanoukville.

I have booked with Sea Pavilion, but record at hotel is POD. i called to 24/7 agoda service center about this case. Finally, no any solution for me. just only need to stay at POD (which i did not book for), or cancelling my booking. to reduce my travel time to another hotel, i only could accept POD and stayed. The call center said will refund me back the amount different between Sea Pavilion and POD. However till now, i do not receive any email regarding to my refund at all.

Room i was stayed was Premier Villa, after enter to room wanna to take out door jacuzzi but disappointed me cuz the jacuzzi full of leafs and stains. My advice is hv to spray mosquito repellent before go out from room.

Will not stay again ”

The hotel was an aged beauty however you could tell the upkeep maintenance was not done. For the premium price you pay, you do not get any free airport pickup/drop off, the staff weren't able to speak English, the room key did not work multiple times making us walk down to the lobby, bugs inside the room, no local Cambodian food at the hotel besides 2 dishes. This hotel was just not worth the price AT ALL. You could tell this hotel mainly catered to Chinese tourists. The only positive point I can say about this hotel are the facilities: the gym was big and nice, the pool by the ocean was beautiful however it was ruined by other guest smoking and throwing cigarettes butts to the pool.

We had a maxi cabana and they are really cool when travelling with children. They loved it. The cabanas are a bit from the facilities(reception, breakfast and swimmingpools), but there are always golfcarts available and they send one within 5-10 minutes. Otherwise it is an easy 10 minute walk from the cabanas. They were building new cabanas just next to our, but We didnt hear any noise from the work. The location is a bit far from the City, but some nice restaurants and market are within 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We booked pod village however we got an upgrade to deluxe room with cool ocean view. The infinity pool was spectacular just like the photos and hotel has a lot of stunning ocean view as well. Very nice! It was a great experience and we definitely come back!

Away from the nightmare happening in downtown Sihanoukville”

Another pleasant stay at Independence - we enjoy the scale and size of the grounds, beach , pool areas, and the privacy of the Sea pavilion rooms. The hotel represents an era when gardens and walkways were quite usual. The seaside restaurant has to be the best breakfast(or other) location in the area - lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. Just one note to management - if you removed some of the palms in front of the Sea pavilion villas, guests would be able to enjoy a sea view from their balconies. We will return simply to avoid the neon signs, loud music and spitting Chinese tour groups in the town center.

Tight little bungalows, but a blow you away location!”

This "Old World" Hotel has really tried to reinvent itself. The property is out stranding, so when they say Sunset Restaurant - wow is it ever. The tiny European styled bungalows, set away from the old world hotel were comfortable and better value than the extravagance of the old hotel, but the front desk never let you wait for transport for very long (they were located a good distance from the main hotel). The restaurants were good and not over-the-top expensive.

Nice and quiet, beach excellent and clean. Great message/spa facilities. The breakfast menu could include eggs and beacon, otherwise very good hotel. Pools looked good but didn't use as there is a beautiful beach only 2 minutes by walk.

Lovely Property But Need Better Security & Cleanliness”

Everything is real good and it is really good to connect with nature. Security needs to be more vigilant against scammers within the property and the villas need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Think we stayed at the older building and we thought that it was ok. However the pool by the beachfront and the private beach is a plus point! Sadly too many constructions along the way to the resort.

Great hotel , friendly staff and a very warm welcome. Excellent food and room service with smile. Nice location on the beach. Antique and super clean room, spa and leisure facilities. Breakfast with so many options.
