Good Hotel”

I booked the hotel for my parents while they were visiting. The Hotel is practically down the street from Tienanmen and the Forbidden City with nearby public transit that will take you right to the gates. My only complaint is that I believe that the maids were watching TV in my parents room while they were out, but there was never anything out of place in my parent's room and they seemed to clean it every time my parents stepped out (as well as leaving a few things out that the hotel provides for free to guests and turning the TV). My parents only complaint in regard to that was having to find the channels they liked again after. That never became an inconvenience for my parents though, so all in all it was very good. They enjoyed their stay at the hotel immensely so I am very happy with the hotel and would recommend it to others.

I liked the hotel itself, very clean, great big bathroom. It wasn't in a perfect location. Nearest Trainstation is a 40 min walk away. I didn't like that you had to pay extra for everything i.e. using the pool, the sauna i.e. They just changed the opening times while I was there without displaying it. They hardly understood english. You have to go downstairs to the reception for anything. When you purchased something to eat from the little deli they were nearly forcing you to give them a tip. The water was 20x more expensive than from the supermarket (10 min walk away). Maybe it's just the chinese culture that I didn't really enjoy.

Awful location - taxis won't even bring you here”

Terrible location, nowhere near a subway stop and taxis won't pick you up from hotel or bring you back to hotel from downtown. It's completely ridiculous, even the taxis that are waiting directly in front of the hotel will not take you downtown! They either pretend they don't know where Tiananmen Square is, or they simply say no without providing a reason. Staff does not speak English and will not make an effort to understand you. They'll just giggle and say "sorry". Breakfast is awful and ridiculously overpriced. Even a cup of tea in the cafe area is double the normal price. Hotel does not have WiFi, and if you want to use internet in the "business center" you have to pay by the minute. Really makes you feel like a welcomed guest when they don't offer any basic service for free. The room itself was quite nice and spacious, I'll admit that much.

This is a clean and credited 4 star hotel. The service is good generally except several of the check-in staffs were trainees and not knowing so much by asking too much deposit to put.

Small rooms, Decent”

they gave us a twin size bed for 2 people. When I reserved, I also booked a room for 2 people. Decent hotel and clean. Only downside was the size of the room and how loud other occupants of the hotel were.

Great Hotel - Good Value”

this is a great hotel. located outside the cbd - but not far from the city centre and near to beijing west train station. the twin bed room was very good - all facilities inc iron and board, free i/net. very clean - staff friendly and obliging - most staff can speak english. wonderful indoor pool - small basic gym free to hotel guests - sauna ( guests must pay rmb per visit - (should be free to guests?) chinese restaurant and coffee shop serving western food at fair prices. small shops and restaurants within short walking distance. rates very reasonable for beijing when booked online. deserves its 4 star rating. definitely recommended.

This is a great Hotel”

The hotel has a nice location - not too far from the CBD and close to Beijing West Railway Station. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Rooms are modern, clean and equipped with most facilities incl fridge, iron and ironing board, free internet etc. The gym has only a little basic equipment but is adequate - the large indoor pool is wonderful - both are free for in house guests. The sauna and cold pools are good but guests are charged RMB 88 per use. Both Chinese and western food available in the restaurants and coffee shop. Staff are very friendly and helpful and many can speak good English. Room rates are very reasonable when booked online. Definitely recommended

Современный отель с удобными, чистыми, но небольшими номерами. Номер убирается регулярно, несколько раз в день. Персонал отеля приветливый, доброжелательный. В номерах - быстрый проводной интернет. Главный недостаток расположения отеля - сравнительно далеко от метро. Но на автобусе можно доехать до станций метро разных линий - 2-3 остановки. В районе отеля есть несколько супермаркетов. Важное преимущество отеля - замечательный бассейн, бесплатный для проживающих в отеле. Бассейн достаточно большой, чистый, с теплой водой, удобными раздевалками, где есть все необходимое. Также имеется сауна, тренажерный зал.

フロントの対応、エントランスの広さ、朝食メニュー 等非常にすばらしい。北京の４星ホテルにしては満足度が高い。また、立地条件的にも天安門広場、王府井街にも近く観光、買い物にも便利でした

位置優越”

酒店的位置很好，在西二环边上，广安门桥旁边，门前是大的十字交叉主路，四通八达，出行便利。酒店从外表看不起眼，设计的中规中矩，没什么特色，但是里面还是非常不错的。高大的大堂颇有气势，装饰装潢很现代时尚。房间里也布置的非常不错，设备齐全，洗漱间连“眉镜”都有，小毛巾叠的很整齐。这里有中型的会议室，还有健身房，服务项目挺多，很满意。虽然房间价格不低，但是认为很值。房间里的地毯很柔软，打扫的很干净，踩在上面非常舒适。
