            location is good, easy to find, about 10 minutes walk from metro. breakfast food ok (but was instructed to clear table after meal), room and toilet large but not well furnished.

            Not sure if maid forgot to dust or it's been a while since the room has been cleaned but the room was dusty, especially, the coffee bar area. Otherwise, the location is in excellent place and the room is larger than expected, considering it being in Korea.

            Staff in the kitchen are very rude, but receptionists are good and helpfull.”
            Location is hard to find, kitchen staff who are a young and an old woman are very unfriendly and showing us an ugly face,room is ok very spacious but the towel is kind of smelly and the colour is not white like it supposed to be a door mat. The good thing about this hotel is only the receptionists are very kind and helpfull.

            The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was broad, too bad the bathtub was a little small. Hotel is located near hangang park, where u can go for picnic or a walk!

            Everything is fine except the housekeeping. We stayed for 2 nights in this trip. Staff forgot to make up some things e.g. refill the tissue paper, clean the cups. On the second day, they started cleaned up before our checkout. It gave a bit bad experience to our stay. However, all other things are very good including staff, breakfast, facilities, value for money, etc. I will choose this hotel again.

            A hotel just right for me. Away from the busy city crowds. Staffs are nice and friendly although they not really can speak English. They find all ways just to answer your enquiries. Normal breakfast and yet still can get everyone of my family to start a new day. Rooms are big. Water pressure good for showering. Is a hotel of my choice. I will be back next time.

            Location is quite a distance from subway. It is near the biggest church Yoida Full Gospel Church and there are quite a few restaurants near to hotel.

            Best Experience Ever”
            Kobos delivered everything: location, laundry room, fast wi-fi, hearty breakfast, and last but not least Jeff the front counter receptionist who delivered the best and most friendly service I could ever ask for. Would recommend this hotel to anyone especially business travelers.

            We love staying in this hotel because the rooms are spacious, it is near the subway station, and the staff are always pleasant. The buffet breakfast is always the same but I don't really mind eating the same thing everyday because I like their sausages! The staff are also very helpful. It was our third time staying here and we will stay here again when we next visit Seoul!

            Lot of restaurants around the hotel. Some staff could not use English. Room size and facilities are good and convenience. A bit hard to find for the first time.
