The stay was great. Just that when I made the reservation i asked for a ocean view room and double beds but when i got there they gave me a king size bed and no ocean view, I told them and they only gave me a double bed no ocean view. Other than that, the hotel is really modern and the system they have is amazing. Bonus points for the smart TV with netflix and free wifi.

4pm check in policy is awful. Front desk delayed my check-in to 430. Argued with manager, finally got check-in at 4:10pm. Other than that, the facility is fine, room is pretty good, even though they do not provide coffee machine.
Great local, crew, ammenities and pool”
Went with 2 friends from Brazil to CasaMagna and it was really wonderful. My friend doesn't speak spanish and the crew was totally available to help him in portuguese, and myself in english or spanish. I stayed there 6 relaxing days, and really recommend the La Parilla restaurant (but don't forget to get the 10% discount with CasaMagna`s concierge). Order the salad table, it`s amazing! Never seen like that one in Brazil!
Great location but uncomfortable beds”
We had great weather and the hotel is very attractive. Unfortunately the hotel beds are very uncomfortable so after three days of poor sleep and the hotel staff had no real solution the hotel stay was a bit difficult.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life”
Problems below: - Put in a room with a jackhammer for the first two days (at the Casamagna Marriott first) - they were fixing a water fountain right outside the door - No airconditioning in 5 rooms there, that's why we got moved the 6th time to the room at the JW Marriott with no air conditioning - No air conditioning during the whole 20 days worked in any of the 6 rooms at either hotel - Maid went into our room when the do not disturb sign was on. Felt like a prisoner - Staff suggested we go to a different hotel because we were upset that someone entered when the do not disturb sign was on - Staff was uncaring, lied to us, hung up on us, put us on long holds only to hang up on us - Attempted to charge us for calls made to complain authorized by the GM's representative and free collect calls - GM's representative claimed the room would go to 19 degrees Celcius but refused to prove it, lied about it. All the staff lied about it. The room went to 21.5 minimum. - Bathtub flooded right before checkout and we had to clean it up because they sent a cleaner after calling 5 times. The main recklessly threw the plug in the bathtub instead of installing it back for proper drainage. There was no reason for her to remove it other than that the bathtub had no proper drainage and no secondary drainage - They refused to give us a checkout receipt showing our $0 balance until we demanded it and said we would call the GM's representative. We missed our flight back because that morning they were purposely moving slow that morning. - They wrote the number for the pizza places on the back of someone else's checkout or checkin paper. Who knows what they did with our identity? - They were rude and uncaring. The different managers contradicted themselves and each other - I made 3 complaints to Marriott and still have one to make.

I got a King size bed room. It is clean and quiet that suits me who had finished a long seminar.Food is in average standard similar to that I had tried in other 5 star hotels.Waiters and waitresses in the restaurants are well trained.Thanks to them. All in all, I like this hotel, and will recommend to my friends.

Higtly recomend to stay in this hotel. Nice location for all types of hollidays. Rooms are all good. First was standard then we moved to sea view room (free). Service is very patiet. PS: SPA is very expancive, but we dont need it :)

Nice hotel all in all with good service. However, the elevators didn't work well most of the time, room was far from main doors, music from bar was very loud and very well heard in room, didn't stop until 10pm.

Très bon hôtel dans la zone hôtelière de Cancun. Acces rapide au centre via bus ou taxi. De tes bons restaurants autour de l'hôtel et dans le complexe egalement. Dommage que l'Internet ne soit pas inclus dans le prix des chambres.

Nous avons eu une belle chambre avec vue mer. L'hotel est magnifique et le personnel tres accueillant. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont a deux pas de la plage privee avec la mer turquoise et le sable blanc. A conseiller pour une journee de repos et farniente !

早朝カンクンに到着しとりあえず荷物だけでもホテルに保管して貰えればとホテルに直行しました。 受付の方の対応で空いている部屋(シービューにUP)を追加料金なしで用意して頂きました。 ベトナム→日本→ロス→カンクンと乗継でのカンクンだったため子供たちもシャワーを浴びれて良かったです。 朝食も種類豊富で子供たち用の食事も多く助かりました。
