Bad attitude staffs”
Poor check in, paid for a deluxe suite but got a connecting room. Cleaning staffs barged in couple of times in the morning despite do not disturb sign on the door. Slow elevator, nothing around hotel, definitely not a 5- star experience.
The reception staff were unprofessional and very slow in finalizing the Check in even that the paid reservation already done via agoda !! AC wasn’t functioning well !!

Everythings available surrounding the hotel such services and by walking. There is no entertainment in or around the hotel but still nice. Watchout from taksi’s. Suffered lots. Good for single people and not families.
Was on a business trip stayed for 7 nights. overall nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good too. The only issue is that there is always water accumulated in the shower, the drainage has a problem which means while taking shower one has to step in a pool of very cold water.

Very bad experience The Ac very old style and not cooling at all ,room temp 26 I called the reception every day they said we will send a technician but they didn’t The Wifi signal is week and not secured any one from the street can join the network I called room service to bring tea and water they said ok but nothing happen Bad smell in the bathroom 🚽 At check out after five night they said the payment with Agoda not confirmed??? We can’t let you go , and my driver is waiting outside they . After that they said ok you can go payment confirmed Summary : This is a 2 star hotel with good location and very beautiful lobby

They really warm welcome at reception! I was given better room instead of what I booked for the same rate. My room was cleaned in time always. In the evening they have service of changing your towels and giving sweets!! My big thank you to a customar care lady Aishe who really works to improve service. Breakfast in hotel is outstanding. Spa is also good. Only location is not rimantic, but , it's okey I guess. Keep well guys. Looking forvard to comeback to you.

It was not the expected”
The hotel is wonderfully decorated. The general cleaning of the room and the hotel was also good. Especially in the hotel rooms, the most important thing is the carpets. The room’s carpet were clean enough to step with bare feet, without shoes or slippers. I had two rooms, both of them were quite small. They made lots of rooms in the floors and reduced the size of the rooms considerably. It can be annoying for some people. Some of the products in the room were empty, for example, there was a box of shoe sponge, but the inside was empty. This may indicate that importance was not given when the room was being prepared. The bathroom was clogged, the shower floor was full of water after taking shower but wouldn’t be empty until the morning. It's annoying when you take a shower. The hair dryer was not working in the second room. The room thermostat didn’t work, we set it to 24 degrees night and the room was 32 degrees when I woke up. Many minor technical problems appeared during the stay. The alcoholic beverages in the refrigerator were passed due between 3 months and 1 year. When we warned the room service, a change was made. A small snack plate was sent as an apology. Parking is subjected to fee. I think getting a charge from the car park is a huge disappointment, even if it is a source of income for hotel management. This facility must be presented to guests free of charge for complimentary. One of the worst parts.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and liked their services especially Sultan Hider and Hider..I recommend all my friends and family to have such good experience with this hotel.

Clean and good location and helpful team in the reception specially Mr undeo and Mr yakop . The hotel should be 3 stars only , not more there was no AC in the rooms , when i complain they told the wheather is good and thats why they close the AC machine !! But this is cheat because i hve booked the room its including AC and this is my dessicion to open or close the AC .even the wheather was not cold afternoon . We spent 4 nights in the hotel without AC and it was very bad experiance which will not repeat it again in same hotel
