        ho soggiornato quattro notti al novotel di yogyakarta. il personale alla reception è molto professionale e si è prodigato ad ogni minima richiesta, come l'uso della sala business per usare il computer e stampare, o effettuare telefonate in altre città. la colazione buffet è davvero ottima per quantità e qualità. la camera molto spaziosa e luminosa, e letti grandi e comodi. il personale esterno (taxi e facchinaggio) è molto servizievole e premuroso con molto garbo. ottimo in tutto.

        The best hotel in Jogja”
        The hotel is not so centre but only takes 10mins drive to the town..i dont like to stay at the centre because it is crowded and you will stuck in the jam.the pool is nice but because the water is too cold my kids could not swim long..maybe the hotel can try to control the pool temperature.The breakfast is great there is variety of food you can choose. Everyday is different menu..They also serves jamu. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. It is worth the money staying here.

        suasananya enak..kolam renangnya juga enak ga terlalu ramai..cuman harus ambil handuk berenangnya di depan arah lobby.. dapet kamar menghadap kolam. kamar mandi kurang bersih,mungkin karna hotel tua yah.. makanan enak dan banyak variasinya. overall OK dan suka... 😊

        I like this hotel for its cleanliness not only in the room but also in public areas. Check in was quick and services were good. But there is room for improvement in the breakfast menu: more fruit options, change menu of the traditional food section, there are other jogja specialty other than gudeg...

        A good place to stay in Yogyakarta”
        Hotel is strategically located and easy to access. Friendly and helpful staffs. Various food are meet our expectation, some are (for example Bakmi Djowo and chocolate cakes at the bar) surprisingly very good. Minus point: leaking water from AC in the room :-(

        It is a good hotel in good location. I had one problem, no hot water in the room.Also shower water pressure was very low. So I asked front desk several times. Nothing was done. This is very disappointing. You can get better hotel for the same price.

        Not a good stay”
        Upon arrival no one would pick up my bags, despite there being personnel present at the concierge... had to carry bags the to the check in counter. Overpriced room.. Old hotel in need of maintenance. The light over the desk did not work, same for the lamp in the corner. Sink and bathtub took forever to drain. Went down to the spa at 6pm to get a massage. No one there. Waited for 10 minutes and asked some staff at the gym. Finally a person showed up. Only one staff at the spa. Sub-par massage all around. Went down to breakfast at 6am - all the lights were off and staff still scrambling to get breakfast ready. I have stayed at Novotel all across Asia over the past 25 years. By far this is the worst experience I have had at a Novotel.
