Ho fatto una notte di passaggio a Makati , mi hanno dato upgrade camera più grande . Hotel carino anche se un po vecchiotto ma ottimo prezzo con ottima colazione inclusa. Per chi non ha troppe pretese e da me consigliato

It is more than what we expected. The location is a bit confusing though but near the center. The staffs were so nice that they would always check us up. The only issue we got was the aircon leaked when we got to our room. Good thing it was fixed right away. With that, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely go back.

The hotel room is big and the location is good. Cleanliness was never an issue and the staff were very accommodating. I only noticed there was no cutleries available, but its a minor thing. For someone who only need to run errands around makati, this place must be on top of your list. Will definitely book again.

Clean big rooms”
The room was nice and big with own kitchen. I was upgraded to a deluxe room. Staff were nice. One thing im disappointed about is when i checked in i opened the door i almost stepped into a broken piece of bottle. I didnt had a chance to discuss this to then as i was in a hurry. But it was a nice stay very near to malls and bars.

This has been the very best of the hotels I have stayed while in the phillipines/ Manilla. Value for money you won't beat it, service is exceptional, location close to shops, restaurants and the night clubs of p.burgos st (walking distance) large spacious quiet rooms with extra facilities like fridge, kettle, quiet split system air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There were a few cons which I found manageable. The hot water in the shower was temperamental, sometimes you need to wait a few minutes for the water to heat up. The bed is slightly larger than a single and not roomy for two. The internet is good but you may find yourself needing to log back on a few times a night

Feels old-ish but value for money!”
Got a three-bed room for a very cheap price. The room was spacious and everything were working perfectly - TV, airconditioner, fridge, bathroom, microwave. The amenities feel and look old but they're all working fine.

Didn't expect much about the place as I was a frequent traveller in line with my work, But this place deserves a good review! Big room with comfortable bed, mahalaga ang big bed as sleep is a must sa work ko. Will definitely go back to this place, worth every penny! Good hotel in location you might not be looking”
I found this hotel due to an event that was held on rooftop bar. I have stayed in several hotels in Makati over the years and never even saw this one on the radar. It is worth a visit. Good size rooms, good service, and walking distance to everything in this side of Makati. There are some decent eateries in the neighborhood as well. Enjoy!

I found this hotel via an event at their excellent rooftop space. The rooms are large, everything works well, service is prompt. I recommend for solo to families. Neighborhood around now has a few decent eateries as well!

Noise at another "level"”
Depending which room you were assigned to, the roaring jeepney sound will wake you up in the early hours of the morning. Housekeeping then, with its tiny door adjacent to my room where they store linens, slams frequently from early noon to as late as 4PM. An elevator construction noise continues pass 5PM mark to 8PM, it is soon followed by this prominent loud bar sound system that continues beyond midnight. Whether its a private event or open bar night, staff seemed not to mind the double glass door built to keep noise out, and have it opened all throughout by drunk bar goers entering restrooms between it. Since my room was in the middle of all the action, it is a norm to hear people leaving and shouting at 2:30AM by the elevator area, only to be tamed by a loud bang on the door to keep their voices (and egos) sober up. I stayed few days and the cycle continued despite all these were addressed directly to the management; even my EarPods couldn't save me!

Couriers, Receipt and the 'City of Mold'”
Decided to nap when I saw my pillow, underneath it is a city of growing mold that looked weeks unchanged. How is it possible to have housekeeping towed with six (6) other attendants cleaning overlooked it? A picture was emailed directly to the manager and the pillow was changed soon after. I highly discourage leaving packages at reception, as even their GM had mixed it up, leaving both couriers (GrabExpress) half way to their trips, returning back to exchange items for the right receiver. I decided to hold onto the rest of it as it had caused great inconvenience. They did offer to shoulder payment and to an extent, massage service, but I refused. Room service is decent. Gave cash payment and instructed the waiter to keep change and leave receipt with reception so won't be bothered anymore. The next day when I passed by front desk it was not there.

A Different Kind of Hospitality”
The only hotel reception officer I have encountered that answers back sarcastically mad, just because guest hangs up on her phone call angrily upon request to retain same room for an extension, as I am all setup, despite no upgrades beyond paid room booking online, giving a straight 'no' answer. What hospitality officer is in the right mind answers 'will resign' when guest commented towards her "one shouldn't work in the hospitality industry with this attitude"? She would answer back, in the presence of other foreign guests in the lobby. The manager later on granted the request; even offered to pay again so to give way to what their receptionist wanted -- to transfer me to the room I booked and paid for. Spoke to the GM and was surprised hearing it when she said her receptionist was "only defending her self". For what? I was offered complimentary food and drinks which I gladly turned down, wasted an hour of my time. This is what "hospitality" means to them.
