Nice place to stay. The room is larger than average hotel rooms since it is more like a suite. There's kitchen, living room, dining... I can actually really live there. Breakfast is good. Menu changes every day i think. I stayed 2 nights and didn't see the same menu so that is good. Only disappointment was the elevator. They only have 2 and the time I was about to check out and hurrying because i have a flight to catch, one of the elevators is under maintenance and is not stopping at the floor where I was (9th flr). I almost missed my flight! But thankfully I didn't hence I'm still giving a good rate. But it' really a close call and would really blame the hotel if i missed my flight. But overall, it was a nice stay and would consider staying again.

Nice hotel, but not perfect”
The hotel is in one of the nicest sections of Manila and a quiet place to get away from the traffic and noise. Adjacent to an extensive park area, very nice for early morning walks. Rooms are large and well appointed. I stayed 4 different times over 3 weeks. The 2-bedroom apartment was huge. I definitely recommend the hotel as it is good value if you want to stay in this part of Manila. But be prepared for small annoyances. The front desk is well staffed with very nice people, but the check-in procedure takes a long time--I don't know why. One morning when I got up late, there was no hot water. Housekeeping sometimes forgot to give us a fresh bottle of water. They also didn't sweep our floor, and never swept up the cigarette butts on our balcony, which were being thrown down from floors above us. But in general, we liked it here, and came back 3 times. The breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is very substantial with many choices and a nice view. The small pool is also up there.

The room was big, nice view of the City, easy access to mall and other places. And its a pet friendy, our fur really enjoyed the room and the place. We suggest to change the suite main door to a better one cause you can hear clearly the conversation outside and the other suite because of the big gap of the door. Yet every thing is good. We will visit/book again here.

Must stay hotel in the South”
This is my favorite hotel in the south. Staff are so super helpful and friendly. They’ll provide you with whatever you need. Rooms are newly renovated and are not strict with the number of people unlike most of the hotels. You can cook, bring your own food or even order directly. Their food looks dull but wait til you eat it, super worth it! I will never get tired of choosing Parque Espana vs other hotels in Alabang.

+Spacious room. Fast wifi. Has cooking facility (kitchen). Free parking -The kitchen floor was not cleaned well, it was greasy and very slippery. Breakfast options was limited. No hand soap in the toilet. No dish drying rack in the kitchen.

Almost an exceptional stay..”
Great location near the Alabang Town Center and the Festival mall. Almost a clean room and good facilities but the shower needs replacement. I cannot blend well the hot and cold water. One staff who said he will clean my room didn’t show up.

I really like how the rooms look like and provides bigger space suitable for family staycation. Just a little improvement on facilities, as the aircon was not working in our room thus we needed to ask for an electric fan just to survive the night.

Pros: Spacious rooms! Very good for groups and families. You can prepare and cook your meals if you want. Wifi is fast. Staff are very corteous. Lots of pillows too. Cons: The restaurant is located on the roof deck with nice view but you have to climb stairs (1 floor) because the elevator only reaches 18th floor, one floor below the roofdeck. So if you have someone on wheelchair or elderly, you cannnot go to the resto. Small swimming pool which is also on the roof deck.

The bed arrangements were good for the 2 bedroom premier family, however the other rooms with one bedroom needs to have more bed categories. For instance there should be an option of two twin beds or two single beds.

The place was great for families. Very spacious and clean! Could have been better if my request for early check-in has been granted since we are with our elderly parents who traveled early from the province and has nowhere to stay while waiting for the 3pm check-in.
