Sicuramente il migliore albergo in Khon Kaen,ben tenuto e curato nei particolari. Pulito e silenzioso seppur situato in pieno centro. Albergo non certo economico se paragonato alla media, ma se dovete trascorrere qualche giorno in questa bella e vivace cittadina thailandese, questa risulta essere sicuramente la scelta migliore.

We always use the Pullman as our stopover after a long flight, stayed 2 nights perfect size rooms for family, my boys love the swimming pool and conveniently located to all you need. Staff are wonderful.

Although the rooms were excellent,the check in/out lets this hotel down. The check in/out procedure is takes too long, with all of the photo copying etc. Not the front desk staff fault, but bad management.
Always my favorite hotel in Khonkaen”
Only this time I don’t like the lobby bar staff (short blond hair one) , I only asked for a glass of water as I need to take pills . But she just asked me to go to drink in the buffet restaurant (but I just check in?!) I went there as bellman telling me to get water there, why it’s really hard to get a glass of water at the lobby bar which serve welcome drink? Luckily, another older lady helped me with this and still the short hair not really willing to help me. You can check CCTV if you want to know how it was. ....Thinking about it and it still makes me a little bit upset with this second stay here. However, I still like the hotel itself . Thanks for other staff such as reception team and housekeeping team they are friendly and nice as always.

Pullman a Good Choice”
The Pullman is a reasonable hotel. While not outstanding by world standards, it is a very nice place considering it is in the heart of NE Thailand, which is known more for rice farms and more spartan accommodation. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the guy at the omelette station prepares proper Eggs Benedict! The bed was very comfortable and they even have a pillow menu should you wish to choose a different kind of pillow than the one on the bed. The fitness center was surprisingly well fitted out. It was better than the fitness center at a Dusit Thani hotel we recently stayed in, which was a real surprise. I only have two minor complaints. The pool, while nice, had way too much chlorine in it. My eyes stung immediately when I dunked my head under water, and there was a very strong smell of chlorine. The other minor complaint is that the corridor outside of our room had a fusty smell.

We have been staying at the Pullman for when visiting Khon Kaen, for about 10 years now. There are quite a few good new establishments in the city, but the Pullman Raja Orchid remains the best! It is really a delight to stay there. Great hotel and excellent staff!

Good hotel in Khon Kaen”
Have stayed at this hotel many times. Rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The only negative is that on some nights the doof doof music from the nightclub can be heard. Great location and the service staff were helpful. It is more expensive than other hotels in the area but the quality is so much better and worth the extra.

Front desk staff here are very friendly and helpful. They are close to fluent in English and can assist you with any queries. The hotel has an amazing light filled lobby which is a great place to relax if you have some time to kill. The rooms are in excellent condition and are very clean. I also found the rooms to e very quiet despite being located near some nightclubs and bars. The hotel features an well equipped gym and commendable pool. The hotel is in a central location and easy to get to by foot to many restaurants, cafes and bars. Some of the bars in the immediate vicinity however are a little sleazy which might be a turn off for some people.

Should be the best in Khon Kaen but it is not!”
The Pullman in Khon Kaen is a very fine building and has a big 'Wow Factor' on arrival. However, I have stayed here a great many times over the last ten years and slowly but surely they are letting their standards slip, which, is why they are no longer No.1 hotel in Khon Kaen, a position that they have held for years. The rooms are fine but the Reception and coordination of requirements is quite chaotic. Having requested a 'High Floor Non Smoking Room' two month is advance on my Agoda Booking Request and then again in two emails. (neither of which were answered), we were allocated a room on floor 5, (out of 19), facing the main extractor fans, The breakfast Buffet is unimaginative and very average for such a large and prestigious hotel. No 'Wow Factor' here at all. I would not say 'Do not stay here' but you can find better for less money in Khon Kaen.

I love staying at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very central and easy to find. Rooms are very comfortable and if you are prepared to pay a little extra, the higher grades of rooms are great. Restaurant and night club are nice. Breakfast is a highlight. I would recommend this hotel and I’ll be staying here again.

Even though the hotel can not be compared with what it was 20 years ago when it was still called Sofitel Ratcha Orchid and was the only real five star hotel in the wider area with excellent restaurant (European, Vietnamese, Chinese) and unbeatable promotions, it is still good value for the money and has the advantages of its central location and easy and safe car parking.
