Charging for facility’s is crazy”
To charge for the use of facilities you say your hotel has is crazy. The swimming pool is very good but it should not be charged for. The “gym” is appalling with little to no equipment. To charge for this is an absolute joke and the hotel should be ashamed.

near JR station, hotel will supply the shuttle bus for guest, and car parking is free of charge. Breakfast is a rich. Room is very big and comfortable

Is a nice n cozy hotel, the bed comfortable, room was big enough for 3 languages, the toilet is clean n provide enough shampoo , body shampoo, conditional us. The cleaner was very friendly n help full, the best thing the hotel has free bus to Kyoto station. I will come again if I come to visit Kyoto again

It is the biggest space we came across so far in japan. We booked premium room and super love the spacious room and cleanliness. However the toilet looks abit older but its clean. Theres a shuttle bus to n fro to kyoto station which i find it very convenient! If u wanna walk i felt its ok if u r not with kids or heavy luggages.

Our very first hotel”
We enjoyed staying in Kyoto, because the hotel was close to the main train station, had a regular shuttle, every 15 minutes, to and from the train station. The staff were very helpful and facilities were available and very clean and tidy.

Excellent hotel and helpful staff”
We have stayed there for one night. Hotel is clean and the ambient is nice. Our baby had fever that day and the staff at concierge helped us make appointment with clinic and hospital. Very patient and helpful. We really appreciated the kind help.

The Staff ‘s Japanese language was awful. They did not speak Japanese in polite form to customers like in the past. The management should train their staff in how to speak proper Japanese to customers.

Not very near to station”
I chose this hotel, thinking that it's very near to Kyoto station. However it's about 10mins walk away from the station. One good thing was the frequency of the shuttle bus from Kyoto station. The bed was very small, a queen size one which was very squeezy for me and husband with baby. Would try other hotels nearer to Kyoto station.

Close to train station, about a 10 minute walk or 3 minute taxi ride. You have to pay for the pool and steam rooms but nice hotel with friendly English speaking staff.

Don't be put off by the outside appearance, it is really good inside and staff are lovely”
This is a classic case of don't judge a book by its cover. My families jaw dropped when first arrived, but after getting into the room and enjoying the facilities, the hotel really was first class. About the only disappointing thing was that we had to pay entry to get into the swimming pool. This certainly was a first.

Nice hotel and staff”
Staff was nice, spoke English well, hotel offers good concierge service (e.g. assitance for restaurant reservations). There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the Station and vice versa. If we had known that beforehand, we would have saved a lot of nerves (we walked there, had 2 pieces of luggage each and it was raining cats). The walk from Station to hotel takes around 8 to 9 minutes. Calculate enough time if you take the Shinkansen trains, the Station is very large! Our "Kyoto style" room was quite nice. I liked it and I would go there again.
