Resort molto carino e confortevole.. direttamente sulla spiaggia... ”

Non abbiamo potuto godere di un bel mare lì davanti a causa dell uragano appena passato... ma la struttura è ottima e si sta bene.. ottima colazione... ogni sera preparano cene in spiaggia sempre a tema... lo staff è gentile e carino... abbiamo pultroppo avuto un po’ di incomprensioni i primi gg che avevano paura di non venire pagati da afosa, ma superati quelli sono stati veramente carini tutti...

Buono, vale la pena ritornate. Solamente qualche piccolo appunto: il personale addetto alla reception in special modo quello maschile non è alla"altezza della situazione,dovrebbe sorridere di più ed alzare la testa per salutare i clienti. Ottime perfomances per il personale femminile.

Hotel ottimo, ma con il vizio dell'overbooking!!”

Inizio pessimo: overbooking per 6 persone su 10!! Il nostro gruppo aveva già pagato l'intera quota e quindi abbiamo dovuto trattare, discutere, perdere tempo per risolvere il grave disagio nel miglior modo possibile. Risolto questo problema, il soggiorno si è rivelato piacevole e in struttura di buon livello generale.

la posizione dell'hotel e'invidiabile,fuori dalla confusione del paese inserito nel verde,entro 50 mt trovi tutti i servizi necessari al soggiorno,lavanderie,agenzie turistiche ecc.la piscina e' graziosa ma un po'piccola come dimensioni,il servizio del personale e'efficiente,le stanze sono mantenute molto pulite,il cambio della biancheria e'puntuale,i lettini in spiaggia sono un po'datati ma efficienti,il giardino e molto curato,la reception e'efficiente ma risulra difficoltoso comunicare in italiano,il soggiorno e'risultato nel complesso molto piacevole specialmente se confrontato con altre sistemazioni limitrofe risultate molto chiassose e di discutibile servizo alla clientela.

sono stata in questa struttura ad agosto, le camere sono spaziose, ben organizzate, comode, i servizi dell'hotel pure come anche il personale molto cordiale ed accomodante. il servizio ristorante è molto buono come anche i prezzi. la parte deludente riguarda il mare, torbido e poco godibile. l'allerta meduse "mortali" campeggia su tutta la spiaggia e ti passa la voglia di farci il bagno. quindi non ti resta che fare il bagno in piscina. non ci tornerei ma solo per il problema del mare..

buona la struttura camere da modernizzare”

tutto sommato la struttura è buona il giardino , la piscina e il ristorante sono molto curati, tutto il personale è gentile e disponibile, le camere standard sono da riammodernare mentre le ville almeno viste da fuori sembrano nuove. la colazione è molto varia ma solo per chi è abituato a mangiare all'americana, chi come noi è abituato a latte e brioss avrà poca scelta. la spiaggia è bella l'unica pecca è che ci sono gli acquascooter che disturbano un pò. i teli mare forniti dal resort sono vecchi e usurati ma comunque vengono cambiati tutti i giorni.

Did not provide the room we booked”

Booked a triple room in order to have two beds: one for me, one for my 16 year old son. Upon arrival, we were told we were being "upgraded" to a poolside villa. The room was nice... but only had one bed. The staff didn't quite understand why that was a problem. Our booked room wasn't available, and their solution was to put an extra mattress in the floor, which made it almost impossible to walk around the room. Other than this, the staff were nice and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We had a fantastic week in koh samui largely due to thai beach resort. While the rooms are simple, they are very comfortable and have everything you might need, including air con, beach towels toiletries. The pool is perfect, with massage available by the pool, and direct access to a beach area with loungers and a dedicated swim area. Staff are amazing and will bring drinks straight to your sun lounger! Bonus- the amazing breakfast buffet! Highly recommend this hotel, likely best in lamai for price.

Highly recommended. Located in the heart of Lamai Beach. Off the main street with direct access to the beach. Nice pool (8am to 8pm). We stayed at a Deluxe Family Triple on the ground floor and the hotel provided a cot at no extra cost. Clean room with air conditioning and comfy beds. Good breakfast. Overall a very good experience. I’d stay at this hotel again in the future.

Excellent Service”

Staff were brilliant. They could not have been more helpful. Although the rooms are a little dated they are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good and the beach service also very good. The location relative to shops and restaurants could not be better. The only down side was the state of beach cleanliness. The hotels are responsible for the beach fronting them and Thai Beach did a great job of trying to clean up the plastic bags and other rubbish. However a walk along the beach shows others do not take the same care and some areas are a disgrace to an island supposed to be a top tourist location. The authorities on Koh Samui must start taking action.

Nice pool area, great breakfast nicely set in the restaurant at beach front. Very nice experience, would love to come back again. Special thanks to the great staff!!

The staff at the Thai Beach House was absolutely amazing! I was unfortunately there during storm pubek. As nerve racking as it was, the staff took excellent care of their guest and ensured their safety was a priority. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for thai hospitality at its finest

It was like visiting your family in a very warm little hotel; everyone knows you and the staff was always smiling and trying to help you in any way. They were the most wonderful thing, the people who work there!!! Khun Gam was very professional and lovely that we cannot wait to come back!!

Nice resort to chill out ”

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly. The breakfast is gorgeous. Diff menu each day. The pool and jacuzzi is a good option after a swim in the sea which is located directly infront of the resort with nice sun deck chairs with sun umbrellas. Highly Recommended.
