Soggiorno di una notte”

Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte in questo Hotel durante il nostro viaggio di rientro dalle perhentian, lo abbiamo apprezzato per lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile, Piccoli dettagli da ristrutturare ma assolutamente bello l impatto generale.

Hotel confortevole”

Hotel molto bello, con personale molto gentile. Le camere sono molto pulite e confortevoli. Alla nostra richiesta di informazioni per organizzare i giorni successivi della nostra vacanza, ci hanno accompagnato gratuitamente con il loro pulmino presso una agenzia viaggi della città.

Questo grande albergo si trova sulla strada di accesso alla città, e quindi é un pò in periferia, consigliato a chi ha l'auto (ottimo parcheggio coperto gratuito). Hall moderna e lussuosa, personale gentile e disponibile, camere grandi e confortevoli. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, dato che nel quartiere non ci sono alternative, bisogna dire che é un po' caro anche se buono.

Renaissance Kota Bharu Hotel”

Tutto sommato un'ottima sistemazione per il trasferimento alle isole perhentian. E' lontano dal centro (circa 10 minuti in taxi) e posizionato su una super strada in cui le macchine passano ad alta velocità. Per il resto non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema ed il personale è stato molto gentile con noi.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, the air conditional is very cooling. Breakfast has variety choices. The location is great with convenient shop in the building. The basement car park is very narrow.

One of the best affordable hotel in Kota Bharu”

Pros = Nice room, spacious. The king size and single size bed also awesome. The facilities was tip top. They have spa, sauna, jacuzzi, huge swimming pool and the best gym offered there is. Breakfast also was variable and good. Cons = the water pressure of shower a little bit slow. Others ok.

Though it's puasa month, the breakfast buffet was still available with great range of food choices. The pillows were good. The room comes with a bath tub. Friendly staff. Billion supermarket is just next to it.

Hotel a little bit old. But I truly enjoyed staying here. Staff especially at front-desk is helpful and polite. Bed is super king., big size and comfy. Wifi is fast, practical for me to do my work. Table for working space also huge. Toilet is fine too. Overall i enjoyed my 3 days here. Hotel is old but comfortable, great customer service. However, breakfast variety need to be improved.

pros-connecting to a mall cons-second time here. it was the only choice i had for a descent hotel with a rating above 8 since hotel perdana always fully booked. It was an old hotel. The cleanliness should seriously be improved. The first time here , I need to wait up to 2 hours for towel to be sent to us, but i tried to keep my patience as the staff was polite . The room was not properly cleaned as dust can be seen and touched on every corner of the furniture. The toilet bowl was yellowed due to prolonged usage. They should upgrade the room. The carpet was old and had stained. i could get a better room with a price like this in KL or Malacca.

Spacious Deluxe Room ”

Value for money since I was on business trip and back to the room late in the evening for resting. Breakfast was adequate and the staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and Check put was super fast. Since we're not selfdriving, coffee shop was nearby and Grab was our main transport to reach to any place and it's cheap. Recommended and definitely will come again.

Overall I'm satisfied with the hotel facilities, clealiness and booking through Agoda was another great experience including check in, check out and breakfast. so near to try some coffee shop nearby and a supermarket just on the side of the hotel building itself.

Spacious old hotel”

We were given connecting room. Very happy and specious but old furniture. Nevertheless it was clean. However, had to switch room because the bed was actually broken. Not willing to since we requested for connecting room. But, replacement room was ok. Only need to repack and unpack my bags (arrived in in the afternoon and room replacement only happen at night). Other than that was ok. breakfast was yummy. stay was ok. staff were friendly and kind.

i have very pleasant stay at this hotel. walking distance just to everything you need. have med size mall next to it. still need room for improvement especially at swimming pool area. Debris was quite numbers in the pool. else, totally great stay here.

Impressive hotel in Kota Bharu”

The location is great at the centre of KB. The lobby is flooding with luxurious feel. the staff is great and friendly. The room is spacious. Request for room on higher floor and you can enjoy the surrounding view of KB.
