Isola felice”

Luogo molto rilassante, giardino stupendo in riva al fiume. Hotel di lusso, ma allo stesso tempo molto discreto. Ottima colazione. Staff efficiente, in particolare la responsabile. Da conigliare vivamente.

Splendida posizione, anche se lontano dal centro ”

L'hotel ha una struttura molto bella immersa nel verde di un giardino tropicale,lungo il fiume. Le camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato noi faceva parte di un blocco, ma nonostante questo si aveva una sensazione di grande privacy. Splendida la piscina. Non abbiamo cenato al ristorante quindi non ci è possibile parlare della qualità del cibo ma la location sicuramente è piacevole e romantica. Il personale è cortesemente, unica nota negativa il wi fi a pagamento nelle camere (è gratis nella lobby) è le biciclette non gratuite.

L' albergo é situato vicino alle mura della cittá vevchia e non poco lontano dal night bazar, pulito accogliente e colazione per tutti i gusti, forse con le camere esposte sulla strada un pó rumoroso, ma nel complesso buono!

bello il night market di chiang rai, più autentico e meno turistico di quello di chiang mai. c'è un giro di città, assolutamente non reclamizzato perché gratis, offerto dal municipio, che parte due volte al giorno alle 9 e alle 14 dal botteghino dietro la statua del re mengrai. verificare gli orari. ottimo il collegamento assicurato da green line bus per chiang mai, a prezzo irrisorio. i biglietti potete ordinarli alla reception del resort, ve li faranno avere con molta cortesia e senza sovrapprezzi.

Bellissimo hotel”

Ottimo hotel situato in una splendida posizione vicino a un fiume. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilita di cenare in uno dei due ristoranti con ricca scelta di piatti della cucina thai e italiana. L'unico problema sono le zanzare.

Incredible place located next to the river, extremely quiet, great for relaxing. The room is very spacious with two balconies overlooking the garden. Breakfast is served in a lovely restaurant overlooking the river. To top it off the swimming pool is amazing, especially after long bicycle trips. We highly recommend staying at the hotel. We love this place.

Overall is good. Nice staff, nice facilities, not that many parking spaces, but other than that everything is great. They have everything you need, iron, hairdryer, nice open-air bathroom.

Honeymoon”

The Legend Resort have a good Location . From there is not far to visit the White Temple , the Big Budda , the Blue Temple and the old Temple in the Town . Also very nice to see the Golden Triangle . And the Flower Garden . Very Impressive! The Tea Plantations to ! The Legend Resort was very quiet . Very nice Garden , good Breakfast and a nice Pool ! Our Room was very clean every Day ! The Staff very Friendly ! And the Restaurant dela Casa was Fantastic . Very very delicious food and very good Wine's . So we can recommend the Legend Resort in Chiang Rai .

Interesting place by the river”

Location is a bit far from the night bazaar and other night spots. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to the night bazaar. The hotel provides shuttle to the area with a cost. 50B per person one way. Even bicycles are not free and they are quite old. As it is rainy season and by the river, a lot of moths a night and hence many lizards with some as longer than your palm. Not suitable for those who don't appreciate nature. Staff are polite and courteous. Nice breakfast restaurant by the river.

Amazing hotel and staff”

This is our 6th or 7th stay at The Legend and we have always been extremely happy during our stays. Everyone on staff exceeds our expectations with their personal and professional attention to details. Mr. Sawat is one of the most kind and helpful hotel staff that we have ever met. Nice and Big hotel beside the brown river”

It's a big property with many rooms. If you are lucky enough to get the good facing (away from the road), it is more quiet and peaceful. Simple Resort feel. Staffs are friendly and can speak simple English. Breakfast is standard and limited.

Boutique but old”

The hotel is located in the city on Kok river bank so very nice view. Nice facilty such as gym and pool. Breakfast was so so. Room is old and smell proved it. Bike needs to rent for 50 baht which could be free given high rate room charge. Extra person charged half of room rate(1,000 baht) which should be less due to the beds can accommodate 3 persons already(queen +single) So other new boutique ones offered cheaper rate and definitely worthier.

Relaxing Spot by the River in Chiang Rai”

Studio rooms and villas set in beautiful gardens with lovely views of the river. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, again in a lovely restaurant area with views of the garden and river. Nice swimming pool. Just a few minutes by Tuk Tuk from the center of Chiang Mai. Staff can easily arrange Tuk Tuks or there's a free hotel shuttle bus in the evenings. Good spa and massage as well. I'd definitely stay here again if returning to Chiang Rai.

Too many ants and pay attention to the complimentary water”

There are too many ants inside the room which made us cannot have a relax stay thoroughout the night. Also better pay attention to the terms when you drink their 'complimentary' bottle of water. You need to leave the empty drank bottle inside the room otherwise the hotel will charge you for extra money which is kind of tricky and kind of a disappointing experience to me and my family.

Nice short vacation”

Nice, original, Thai style resort , located next to the river Kok. Rooms are spacious and include a desk to work at. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Bathroom is rather unique, very large and includes a water bowl so you can shower the old-fashioned way. Balcony includes view of garden and pond. Room has airco and ceiling fan. Breakfast buffet is adequate with sufficient choice (Thai & western). Coffee (incl. espresso) is excellent. The river view when dining or swimming is beautiful. Hotel & garden & surroundings are very well-maintained. Staff is service-minded and helpful. Food at the Italian restaurant (Wine Casa) is very good. In conclusion, a very nice hotel for a relaxed and quiet stay in Chiang Rai.

Peaceful riverside retreat”

only one minor issue for us was that our safe didn't work and was forced dead repeatedly and the pool bar was not open and no drinks were offered by f you were relaxing by the pool.....apart from that no complaints...lovely staff team,good food and a spacious comfortable room....100 baht to the famous White temple temple and we used the hotel tour operators to go to the Golden a Triangle...great day out.
