Hotel ottimo, vicino al centro ma fuori dal caos, ottima la spiaggia e i servizi, buona la pulizia, lo consiglio a tutti

Molto piacevole ci ritornerei il mare è molto bello e la posizione ottima

Bello e naturalistico vicino alla realtà locale ottimo collegamento con barca ecc per vedere mare e foresta e popolo locale

Sono rimasto un po deluso dal servizio: per due giorni non ho avuto l'acqua calda in camera e' non sono stato trattato molto bene al riguardo. Visti gli hotel nei dintorni SCONSIGLIO questo hotel, con lo stesso prezzo si puo' avere decisamente di meglio

mi aspettavo un paradiso arrivando alle gili,ma.....una delusione.l'hotel visto da fuori fa la sua figura,ma una volta entrati capisci che hai speso troppo per quello che ti offrono.le camere sono un po' datate, i lenzuoli e asciugamani sono vecchi e macchiati,non pensando all'odore che hanno....avevamo una colonia di lombrichi che ci entrava da sotto la porta del bagno e ci invadeva la camera,detto alla reception non hanno risolto il problema e ho passato 5 notti a scacciare i lombrichi!!!la colazione non e' granche', un affettato un po'di frutta,una marmellata e cioccolata quando si ricordano di portarla e qualche pastarella scaldata,se fai lo sbaglio di chiedere le uova mettiti pure il cuore in pace,ci vuole pi' di mezzora per avere due uova strapazzate!!!!(il personale e' lento e disorganizzato)pultroppo vedendo le altre strutture dell'isola questa e' una delle messe meglio(ma non giustifica la spesa per dormire cosi' alta)si' il mare e' incantevole e chi fa snorkeling puo' nuotare con le tartarughe,ma tutto finisce li'. le spiaggie sono fatte di corallo e ti fai male ai piedi diventa difficoltoso anche fare un semplice bagno,una cosa positiva e' il silenzio dell'isola, non ci sono motori e si gira in bicicletta c'e' una gran pace.non credo che tornero' alle gili

Gili Trawangan mi e' piaciuta molto e sel'hotel fosse stato migliore la qualita' della mia vacanza ci avrebbe guadagnato. Camere: bungalow spaziosi ed immersi nel verde anche se bui. Presente cassaforte, tv, aria condizionata e grande bagno con doccia di acqua dolce Colazione: da tre stelle, ovvero con cereali, qualche brioche riscaldata, marmellate orribili, crema di nutella, due tipi di pane, frutta, un paio di affettati. Poi dal menu si possono ordinare altri piatti Servizio: disorganizzatissimo. E' un'hotel a cui non manca certo il personale che pero' e' lento, male organizzato. Ho dovuto litigare per il cambio di asciugamani e pure per avere una pizza non ancora arrivata un'ora dopo l'ordine al ristorante Piscina: piccola, al massimo12 metri, fuori terra, di acqua salata e monopolizzata da tutti i bambini che frequentano l'hotel che di fatto la rendono non fruibile. Inoltre si trova a ridosso della strada, dei tavoli ristorante e attaccata a forno per pizze e cucina, Sono presenti ben 4 sdraio e 2 soli ombrelloni. Privacy zero. Spiaggia: lettini decisamente molto vicini di cui ne fanno uso impropriamente pure altri avventori che passeggiano sulla spiaggia. Lo spazio viene sacrificato anche dai tavoli del ristorante. Soggetto a maree e spiaggia piena di coralli Ristorante: non sarebbe nemmeno male se non fosse per il pessimo servizio. Lentissimo, ogni pasto mi ha creato un grosso nervoso peer le attese snervanti non giustificabili da tutto il personale presente. A poche decine di metri e' presente una moschea che interrompe il poco relax rimasto con le numerose preghiere giornaliere. Ci sono strutture che a mio avviso meritano di piu.

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni a contatto con al natura delle Gili, mare incantevole, snorkeling, servizi buoni, pulizia adeguata.

Hotel mediamente carino ma caro in proporzione alle alle alternative possibili sull'isola. Connessione internet quasi mai funzionante e personale abbastanza scortese e non proattivo nel risolvere problemi. Acqua corrente molto scarsa (doccia con un filo di acqua!!)

carino finchè non ci sono problemi con la salute ..il dottore può tardare giorni asini permettendo...

resort in ottima posizione, pulito, personale cordiale e stanze magnifiche. Vivamente consigliato!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pleasing all the time. There was a minor miscommunications between the staff as we have return the bicycle-lock-keys to the front desk earlier in the morning and yet later in the afternoon, another staff was asking the same from us. However, it was a minor miscommunication and was solved quickly. The front beach has a lot of dead corals. Aqua shoes are a must. Breakfast was not fantastic. Limited choices. It was just okay. Room was spacious and nice. Wifi was bearable. All-in-all, it was a pleasant and nice stay. Thanks Almarik :)

Friendly staffs, nice villa with private pool, location is good (if you prefer peaceful area). Besides, you can have your breakfast inside your room! However the water heater need to improve as not so hot. Nevertheless i enjoy stayed in this resort, will come back again.

Good location for snorkeling. Good breakfast. Room large. No mosquito net.

We booked the villa a few months back and actually forgotten why we chose this place but definitely it is due to the good reviews which came up to be true. After walking for 1.5km from the jetty (as the horse carts rejected our request) we arrived at the villa tired and sweaty. However, everything changed when we were greeted by friendly staff. They upgraded our room from standard to superior for free which came to our surprise. After gulping down our welcome drink, we walked through the green gardens and arrived at our room. The room is huge and the bed is comfy. A lot of privacy. But what I want to highlight is all their staff are friendly, professional and speaks good English. The only downside is the aircond which is not cold enough. I give them two thumbs up.

This resort is beautiful from the rooms to the pool to the great beach across the road. Its only about a 10-minute walk to the harbor. I would highly recommend this resort.

Best value from Agoda promo, with breakfast for 3. The hotel itself was well built, well used, well worn but everything in full working order - Old world charm. Our highlight was swimming with the turtles in the sea just outside the hotel. The hotel threw in everything for us - complimentary tea, complimentary 15 min intro massage for each of us, and late checkout! Our extra bed was a proper comfortable bed. Everything was available just outside the hotel - trip bookings, rent of snorkel gear/bikes, food. Transport from Lombok airport to Gili Trawangan was arranged by the hotel. A bit expensive because it was private and able to transport 5 to 6 pax instead of just 3 of us. But it was worth it. No hassle, good friendly service, no need to wait, everything arranged from airport to landing in beach right in front of hotel and back. The hotel staff also planned the timing of the return trip to perfection, a really worry free holiday. A big thanks to the staff at Villa Almarik.

hotel has a nice sunlounger set up on the beach which is in the middle of the best snorkeling reef on the island. it's around a 15/20 minute to the bars near the pier so after we rented bikes we didn't mind the distance. Only down side was being woken up at 930 by a phone call requesting us to come to breakfast so might be worth telling reception not to before hand..

It is very good and nice place. However, my expectation on breakfast menu is frustrated because it is ala carte and not buffet.

Nice traditional design, super near beach and shops., good service and nice breakfast. i will come back again...... :)
