A True Hospitality Hotel”
We spent 7 days in all at Roadhaus Hotel. This was the third hotel we stayed at in General Santos City as a sick family member was in Doctors Hospital for 2 weeks. This hotel was a clearly better than the other larger hotels. It is a Manny Pacquiao owned business which gives it additional character. The price was better value than others in the area but the real winner here was the incredible staff. I have travelled widely and this was a stand out hotel for service and friendliness. They made you feel at "home". All so happy and obliging. Particular individuals such as Jenny, Janessa, Melther Jay, Jenerie and Rosalie deserve mention but hard as all were great. The cook Donald has a dish listed as "Vegetables Chicken Chop Suey" but beware it is addictive. It is the simple things like calling ahead on the phone for a suitable time to make up the room, as against the traditional banging on the door. Well done to the management of this hotel.

Ourstay at roadhaus was very pleasant. With the roomrate, breakfast was adequate, staff were all friendly and helpful. Airport transfers were free. You may even get a free autograph from the pambansang kamao if you're lucky enough to see him.

Good Food, Kind Staff”
We particularly enjoyed the food here. The hotel staff were very kind and considerate. In my haste to catch my flight, I forgot to get the payment change. They extended effort to let me know and return it. Room for improvement: The air conditioning unit capacity should match with the size of the family room.

Stayed in family room”
Our stay was okay. The room was large enough to comfortably accomodate a family of 4 and the beds were comfortable enough. Only real complaint I had with the room was the dire lack of access to electrical receptacles. Only 1 was readily available and none in the bathroom for the womenfolk to use any hair appliances or at the desk where a computer would be used. We found another, but had to physically move the bed away from the wall. Although it was a relatively new hotel it seems a lot of cracks already noted in the room. Not sure how long it will stay looking presentable at that rate. Breakfast was decent, though don't know what that breaded hotdog thing was all about.

Roadhaus stay during tuna festival”
The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. I love that the hotel was located very near the venue of the Tuna Festival float parade. I will recommend staying in this hotel to friends.

Nice place but lacks maintenance. ”
We booked the triple hotel room. It was spacious and clean but the facilities were sub par. Problems with the toilet seats and showers were some of the issues we had. While the aircon adjustments were also spoilt which made it hard to control. If they do not look into maintenance these hotel in the couple of years would be in bad shape. Quite disappointing after reading the various positive reviews. I do not know whether we were unlucky to be given such a dilapidated room or are the other rooms not like this. Tip: Avoid Room 214

Accessible to public transpo”
Travelers could start their daily itinerary from here. There's available travel agency within the building. Malls and souvenir shops could be reached few minutes via public transpo. Facilities need upgrade but basically fine for an inexpensive room rates

Breakfast Tea And Maintenance of the Bathroom could be improved.”
Whilst the breakfast was to a standard for the price we paid for the room, when we requested a cup of tea we were advised that these would be P60 each. In this day and age we felt tea should be part of the breakfast opion free of charge. The Bathroom in the room we stayed in needs some update maintenance as it looks very dated.

We stayed 3days and 2nights for 2 rooms..everything was fine and bfast was ok but the pillow was flat and additional pillow cost 75pesos..u shud atleast change it coz its not comfortable in sleeping..
